Bathrooms need renovation & need good housekeeping staff
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Not value for money. Expensive what it is. Very dirty bathroom. Lizard in the room. I have seen 4 rooms all same. Thay changed the bedsheets.

Pros:

If it weren't for the doorman/cook/porter, this place had no redeeming features.

Cons:

It's "unfabulous". How did it get a '9 fabulous' rating? A friend of the establishment no doubt. No towels, hot water, or soap, but the plumbing 'sang'. A very, very dirty floor mat, a disconnected bathroom sink pipe so water discharged into a hole cut into the tiling. Oh did I mention the mosquitoes.

Pros:

Very friendly helpful staffs. Hearty food portions. However, ordered a large 2L sprite bottle but only came 2 small glasses. lol 😂

Kudos to the Manager Chandhan for helping us acquire phone sim and making us feel very welcomed at premises.

Nice clean rooms.

Managed to arrange tuk tuk 🛺 with hotel for local tour. Many beautiful sights.
