המלון בהחלט נותן תמורה
Pros:

החדרים חדישים, מרווחים ונוחים ולכל חדר יש מרפסת גדולה. התארחנו בקומה העליונה ונשקף נוף מהמם. הצוות נחמד ועם רצון לעזור. בחדר יש מקרר אבל אין קומקום חשמלי וכשרוצים, אפשר לקבל מים חמים בלובי בכל שעה. כשיצאנו וירד גשם והציעו לנו מטריות. בנוסף, ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית ומספקת.
המלון ממוקם במיקום מרכזי, ממש דקות הליכה מהמרכז ויש חניה קרובה.

Pros:

Ramira Hotel is right in the center of Kyustendil, just behind the City Art Gallery with the fountains. I stayed in the apartment on the top floor, and the view was amazing – you can see the city center, the mountain, and the Hisarlaka fortress. The room was very modern, very spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
But the most impressive part is the restaurant! Ramira is not only a hotel, it is also a restaurant of very high quality. The food is like real culinary art – made with attention to detail, secret ingredients, seasonal products, always fresh (never frozen), and from carefully selected local producers. They also offer unique drinks – the lemonade with juniper and chili is something you must try!
The staff is not just a staff, they are a team and family- welcoming, hospitable, warming people!
