Pros:

Хотела е прекрасен,чиста и топла стая.Има паркинг ,не мислиш къде ще паркираш.Персоналът е любезен.Храната в ресторанта много вкусна.Посрещнаха ме с усмивка.През нощта валя сняг.Сутринта бяха почистили пътя през паркинга към паркираните автомобили,за да стигнеш спокойно.Бях изумена!Благодаря ,задължително ще се върна!

Disappointing.
Pros:

The breakfast was wery little without choice. The hotel was dark and most of the time there was not staff available. Too expensive for the quality provided.

Cons:

Wellcome coffee or tea, and good breakfast.

Καλό πρωινό. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Καθαρός χώρος. Οικονομικό και άνετο

Δεν υπήρχε σταθερό ζεστό νερό κάποιες φορές. Από κρύο ξαφνικά έκαιγε ή πάγωνε παραπάνω το νερό.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, yemekleri lezzetli sıcak ve taze.personeller çok ilgili etrafınızda dönüyorlar..havuzu temiz..sadece koridordaki halı flex koku yapıyor sanırım belkide havalandırılsa koku geçebilir.. genel olarak oteli biz sevdik..1 ay sonra tekrardan rezerve yaptırabilirim..bizim otele puanımız 10/8

Nice place but needs direction
Pros:

Pleasant room; nice feeling to the hotel; helpful reception staff; well kept swimming pool with an effective mini wave machine; well maintained pool area.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic for Bulgaria. It definitely needed more coffee at the very least; guests shouldn't be asked to pay for a second cup. The menu needs to be on the table for guests rather than listening to the waiter list the options. We tried to use the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but the smaller part was unstaffed; the larger part had two smoking/chatting service staff who let us in; we waited on tables outside but eventually no service, or communication, pushed us to find a great restaurant in the city.
