Genial ubicación. Al lado de la plaza del mercado.

Fijn personeel, heel nette en schone kamer, perfecte locatie nabij station en centrum Maastricht
Pros:

Hotel was perfect bereikbaar vanaf het treinstation en met een paar stappen sta je in het centrum. De kamer was ontzettend netjes en heel schoon.

Cons:

Snachts wel veel overlast gehad van geluid, van gasten die in de bar van het hotel waren geweest/ of in de stad. Buiten en in de gangen van het hotel was het erg lawaaierig. De kamers zijn enorm gehorig, het leek alsof ze ipv van in de gang bij ons in de kamer stonden.

Pros:

De lokatie is perfect! Midden in het centrum. 5 minuutjes vanaf de bushalte.
De waterpijp verdient werkelijk een 10 ! En werd vaak ververst.
De lounche vonden wij ook mooi.
Heerlijke , frisse bedden.
We vonden het personeel vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Cons:

We moesten 3 trappen op om bij onze kamer te komen. Dat viel ff tegen.
De kamer was in orde maar de badkamer zeer gedateerd. Losse kitnaden ed.
Maar functioneerde naar behoren.

Helemaal prima voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

De matrassen lagen uitzonderlijk prettig; een soort "foam" wat niet te hard of te zacht was. Ook waren de kussens van redelijke stevigheid, in tegenstelling tot de typische "hotelkussens". Locatie is direct in het centrum van Maastricht, wat een grote bonuspunt is.

Cons:

De kamer was ijs en ijskoud, maar om die reden stond er een klein elektrisch kacheltje geplaatst. Deze moest echter wel constant aanstaan om de temperatuur een beetje redelijk te houden. Ten tweede stonk de badkamer naar een soort rioollucht. Ten derde zat er een bad in de badkamer (net zoals vermeld op de website van booking), maar was de stop, nodig om het bad op te vullen, niet aanwezig. Als zoiets online vermeld staat, zou het volledig bruikbaar moeten zijn.
