Hiding sidelight switch, noisy extractor, mattress spring was not comfortable, very poor.
Location was great. Next to the river surrounded by what we needed.
The mattress was obviously too old, with a dip in the middle. Bit of a liberty being told I have to pay £6 for parking as I check in… on top of the price to stay. Entrance wasn’t very welcoming, smashed window covered with a roll down blind. Wasn’t sure if we had the correct place.
Staff were friendly.
Couldn’t sleep all night as there was washing machine or something working and was loud.

Very tired, could all do with a makeover, rooms very basic, uncomfortable mattress

Location on the river Thames, stayed in room 208 with views from the windows this room was a king room with loads of space had dinner and breakfast over 2 nights, breakfast was buffet style, dinners had good choice on menu with lovely views over the water, staff where friendly and knowledgeable
Was a window which didn't open did complain but hotel staff could not get it open so needs urgent attention by maintenance department 👀
