Fortunately, wasn't using the room for long else this stay could have been worse
Pros:

The bed in the room was of good quality standard, TV impressed with just not in the best location.

Cons:

Cleanliness was pretty poor, the gaps in the windows making the room cold, lighting wasnt the best, the decor was okay, Incorrect pricing, the car park charged £12. in the book stats £3.50 a night.

Very nice and great value for money. Very good staff
Pros:

Lovely room with nice view. Yes it is a bit dated in places and the common areas are a bit worn but the staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for the guests. Food in the restaurant was nice and breakfast was plentiful. Special mention to Paul who was extremely helpful.

Cons:

A shelf or cupboard in the bathroom would have been helpful to place toiletries etc. Also there was no where in the shower to place soap shampoo etc.

Thames Riviera
Pros:

Rooms nicely presented and clean, however a lot of condensation on windows making curtains damp.

Cons:

Certain drinks not available in the bar - slimline tonic pineapple juice, no bottled diet coke, advertised cocktails but were unable to make any of them due to missing drinks. Restaurant was chilly.
