El edificio es viejo y todos los días se iba la luz por lo menos 10 veces. La recepción del Wifi es mala. Las almohadas no son comodas.

GODD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION!!

Room was OK, Clean, bed was big, cleaning staff was GREAT!!!! as always on every hotel I stay at. Night front desk lady was not so great... but oh well not coming back here.

Cons:

when dropped off by uber first day....a homeless guy was taking a dump right outside this HOTEL!!! Bed was a bit too hard, no AC only one small fan. too noisy at night car alarms going off after 10 pm. if you receive visitors THEY WILL CHARGE YOU PER VISIT PER PERSON!!! just be ready. If you don't know the area DO NOT STAY AROUND HERE!!

There was NO fridge for my medication to store. NO kettle to get hot water . TV has only Spanish channel NO other channel like Netflix or YouTube to watch. THE WORST OF ALL THERE IS BOX THAT MAKE SOUND ALL OF A SUDDEN. A SOUND OF HAVING SEX

Nos vendieron cervezas y sabiendo que las íbamos a consumir en la puerta del hotel, no nos informaron que en México está prohibido tomar licor en espacios públicos. Lo que nos generó una multa.

La mujer de recepción fastidió nuestra estancia

La ubicación y el personal MASCULINO de recepción.

Cons:

La Recepcionista mujer, su trato y solución a la estancia. No debería estar en ese puesto. Falta total de profesionalidad y sin capacidad resolutiva ni adecuada atención al cliente. Si no fuera por ella mi nota subiría considerablemente.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions for affordable price!
Pros:

I have a very pleasant stay in Hotel Catalina. Tucked away from the busy streets, the hotel owner and staff were very kind and held on to my bags when I checked out because I had a tour and had nowhere to store my bags. The rooms were clean and spacious. Standard amenities you would expect. The best part was the price.
