Amazing staff always let me have a late check out
The pillows are not great
Very comfortable bed, very clean room, plenty of choice to make a hot drink in the room.

The location worked really well for what we needed meeting up with friends close to the train station and local attractions.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and shower was nice too.

Trying to check it.
Staff told me to wait in queue for restaurant, then I was told to go to bar. Then I was told to go to the check in desk.
This took about ten minutes to get checked in even though I did the quick check in online.

Menu was fantastic
Volume on TV was U/S but not too much of an issue. Sink in bathroom was was too small to be of any use.
The room was clean, comfortable and toasty warm!

Staff friendly and informative. Room was clean and had everything needed for comfortable stay.
The room was on the second floor accessed by some very steep stairs. Difficult getting the suitcase up the stairs. There was also a strange smell which was in the corridor, although room was ok.
Could have tea in the room not just coffee.
The location was good, the food was amazing - especially the breakfast but the staff were very welcoming which in my experience really makes the difference. Will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended
