Pleasant stay, good location, breakfast could be more comprehensive.
Pros:

Great location for what I needed. 5 minute walk to Heaton Chapel train station which takes you straight in Manchester Piccadilly. Easy to find and free parking.

Cons:

Breakfast, limited choice. Would be good if they offered cereals/continental to help yourself too alongside what they do now.

We had a very good stay, many thanks to the staff.
Pros:

The room itself was lovely, light, and on the first floor, thankfully. (the stairs to the second floor are much steeper)
We always stay here as it's very convenient for visiting family. Also, guests can access the car park through the rear entrance, with the same key, which is helpful.

Cons:

The toilet seat didn't have a lid, which is very unhygienic. Also the seat itself was very loose. We were surprised & disappointed about this uncharacteristic lack of attention. Also a handle on the shower came off.

Adequate for our visit
Pros:

Location suited our visit, breakfast choice was good

Cons:

Double bed should have double mattress not 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single mattresses and 2 single mattress toppers, very uncomfortable.given a room at the front was awoken by beer barrels being thrown around at 7am right below our window, the windows on the inside were very dirty, looks like hadn’t been cleaned for a while they have secondary glazing all dust etc was trapped between, visible when looking out the windows. When booking through booking.com DO NOT go for breakfast option pay at the restaurant as they charge you for the most expensive breakfast when there is a good choice all at lower cost

1 night stopover- Good value accommodation with easy access to Manchester City Centre & close to Stockport. Would st
Pros:

Great position & good value for easy travelling into Manchester or Stockport using public transport. Large car park which is free. Large double room away from the main road so no outside noise & bathroom a good size. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Good sized cooked breakfast.

Cons:

Room is somewhat dated & was warm overnight. Creaky floor boards from both our room & the one above. Stairs are narrow so can be a little difficult to navigate when carrying luggage.
Would like to have yoghurt, cereal, jam options with breakfast.

Very nice for a good price
Pros:

The staff were very friendly from the start. The room was good for the price with everything you need for a short stay, clean and bed was comfy. The food was good for the price and there were plenty of tablets.

Cons:

The stairs were very narrow and small and the floor was sneaky in the room. You could hear other people but not too badly so as long as everyone is respectful it's fine.
