Lovely hotel, ideally located to explore the city
Pros:

We stayed for two nights, and The Leven was perfectly located! About 7 minute walk to the train station and well connected for buses and trams, and walking around the city. The hotel was lovely- our room has a kitchenette which was really useful, and a bath in the bedroom! All staff were very friendly, and delicious cocktails served in the bar! Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Hooks for coats and towels would be useful in the rooms / bathroom.

Stunning room and facilities making it a very comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious room with so many amenities to make it feel like more than just somewhere to sleep. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Nice quick walk from Piccadilly Station.

Cons:

This is a very minor thing but there were so many switches on the walls with no real indication of which light or appliance they were for. Some labels would have helped.
Room was situated right next to nearby nightlife so, while it wasn’t an issue for us, there was a fair bit of noise on the Saturday night until late.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Cons:

It was a bit loud outside from the pubs and bars around but we knew about it when booking. Plus there were ear plugs in the room.

Really enjoyed it and intend to stay again
Pros:

The room was very light with big windows but although my stay was during the peak of a heatwave the temperature was very comfortable due to the air conditioning. There were kitchen facilities in the room which would be handy but I did not use them for my short stay. The bed was really comfy and the shower was great. I really appreciated the time the receptionist took to explain the best bus routes for me to get to the Christie and how friendly she was every time she saw me.
