Great hotel, great location - excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff - extremely nice & cool; both on check in & at my 4am checkout.

Cons:

2pm check-in wasn't possible due to a staffing issue; but understandable. Suggest moving your check-in time to 3pm which is pretty standard.

Magnifique logement, propre et super bien situé. Le personnel et très sympathique et nous a bien aidé lorsque nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. Très facile d'accès car à 5 minutes de la gare de Piccadily. Je recommande à tous!

Cons:

Il nous a manqué quelques ustensiles pendant notre séjour (ciseaux, essuie-tout, éponge pour la vaisselle (même si un lave-vaisselle est présent et que j'ai reçu une éponge à la réception mais pour laver deux assiettes et deux verres, je préfère le faire à la main) mais tout cela n'est que du détail par rapport à la qualité du logement!

Honestly didn't want to leave
Pros:

Incredible suite, fabulous location, and all the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I guess if you're really sound sensitive, it is worth remembering that it is located next to bars, but I barely heard anything and the hotel does provide free ear plugs.
