Pros:

La atención cuando llegamos, muy amables, nos explicaron bien, nos orientaron muy amables en algunas cosas que preguntamos, nos faltó tiempo para pasar al restaurante pero regresaremos a probar.

Cons:

Sentí muy obscura la habitación.

👍 the locations and the stuff nearby and is good for the beach

On the pictures, they show a nice room in beds. But when you get there, you get the oldest one on my experience, I don't like the room.

la estancia fue breve, pues al entrar al cuarto me di cuenta que no cubria mis espectativas
Cons:

no me gusto las instalaciones, el cuarto estaba sucio y mal ubicado a un costado de una bodega, no olía bien
pedí un rembolso y me dijeron que sin problema me regresaban el dinero en 3 o 4 días, sin embargo no lo han hecho

Hotel en mal estado
Pros:

Solo tuve que pasar una noche en ese lugar

Cons:

La cama no estaba limpia, las sábanas estaban sucias, no me alojaron en el hotel, me pasaron a un tipo hostal a lado del hotel, la puerta no cerraba si no se le ponía el seguro y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.

Sin duda pueden mejorar dando un mantenimiento a todas las instalaciones, incrementarían su negocio

En general sus instalaciones son viejas, la regadera sale para todos lados, requiere limpieza total, tuve que solicitar una silla para poder trabajar en la meza, no tiene elevador y mi habitación estaba en el 4° piso.
