Warm welcome, excellent service, but most of all location was excellent to walk anywhere in Roma Norte and Condesa

Cons:

Purtroppo nella prima stanza abbiamo avuto un problema con la toilette (non scendeva l'acqua)
Nella seconda stanza abbiamo trovato dei capelli sul cuscino, per questi due inconvenienti ci sono stati offerti due caffè da Margot

Fabulous city views from spacious and interesting interior.
Pros:

Great location in Roma Norte with big views across the city towards Chapultepec Park; enormous windows on two sides. Very clean and spacious; interesting furniture and original artworks. Plenty of places to eat very close by. Thick towels!

Cons:

Sunrise over the volcanoes was not visible from here (see other review!); however the sunset was.

Bright and clean room, conveniently located and well priced!
Pros:

Clean, bright, open. Conveniently located, especially with upstairs brunch and downstairs Italian restaurant. Staff is nice and keeps room clean. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large. Lots of storage space. City views were cute.

Cons:

No lobby area to wait in with seating, and our bathroom window faced into some people’s apartments.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Room was bright and large and comfortable. It was cleaned every day with fresh coffee pods and water provided. Nancy was accommodating and responsive via text for anything you may need or have a question about.

Cons:

Some street and restaurant noise if you are a more gentle sleeper.

Cons:

Difficult if you are a light sleeper! Lot of street noise and noise from the restaurant below especially on Saturday night. I managed ok but others may find it difficult
