Great hotel, amazing location!
Pros:

Brilliant location for exploring, biggest shout out to Noel the night manager and Nancy for being on call whenever I needed anything. I felt so well looked after. Amazingly comfortable bed. Lovely restaurant for breakfast on the rooftop. Perfect landing into Mexico City!

Pros:

Great location and very comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided umbrellas when it was raining and let us store our bags after checkout, which we really appreciated.

Our room on the third floor was very quiet, and the space was used efficiently even though it wasn’t very large. Overall, really good value for the price.

El hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación, lo que facilita moverse y disfrutar de la zona. La habitación estaba limpia, y además tuvieron un bonito detalle al dejar un postre por mi cumpleaños, algo que se agradece mucho. La terraza es pequeña, pero agradable.

Cons:

Como aspectos a mejorar, la habitación resultó bastante pequeña, lo que puede restar comodidad en estancias más largas. Además, el personal fue correcto, pero poco comunicativo y no especialmente cercano, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera menos cálida de lo esperado.

Une nuit ok mais pas beaucoup plus
Pros:

Literie très confortable, chambre propre avec un balcon c’est appréciable. Boules quies efficaces. Garde bagage pour la journée dans une remise.

Cons:

Le bruit mais c’est déjà mentionné par ailleurs, ne le sous estimez pas ! Heureusement les boules quies (même si j’ai du demander une deuxième paire car il n’y en avait qu’une étaient de qualité). Pas vraiment de réception, beaucoup de codes pour utiliser l’ascenseur ou entrer dans la chambre.

Nice choice in Roma Norte
Pros:

Comfortable room and bathroom, compact but nicely designed. Big comfy bed. Drinking water was provided in a glass jug, which was a nice touch. Earplugs were provided because of the street noise - not necessary for us since it was much quieter than most of the Mexican hotels we've stayed in on this trip! Nice little balcony too. The staff, particularly Nancy the service manager, were very helpful. Liked the area, close to the subway station and lots of restaurants and parks all around. Much faster to get to the airport from here than from the historic district.

Cons:

The rooms are very close together so you can hear other guests coming and going, with elevator and door code entry pads pinging and beeping. There is no hotel sign so it's a bit of a challenge to find. Those negatives are very minor though.

A Welcoming Oasis In Mexico City
Pros:

One of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in.
It was an oasis and I wish we had booked more nights.
Nancy and Carla were delightful, hospitable, and professional.
We highly recommend this hotel - great location.
Incredibly quiet and we slept like babies.

Cons:

Not too much not to like. Really lovely room.

Highly recommended especially for solo travellers!
Pros:

Excellent location,clean and nicely decorated rooms. A bit noisy as are many places in the city so maybe bring earplugs. Overall a. great experience. Especially wonderful staff who went out of their way to make my stay very enjoyable special thanks to Nancy,Noel and Carla for their exceptional service!!!
