A lovely stay that felt very clean, comfortable, and safe.
Pros:

Extremely clean, wonderful shower, and very comfortable bed. Easy check-in - a lot of communication around booking and clear instruction on accessing the room (key codes).

Cons:

It was a much smaller room than expected

Well decorated, situated in great location for Roma Norte & Condesa neighbourhoods. Had a beautiful breakfast in their roof terrace restaurant and all the staff were lovely and welcoming

La ubicación excelente, la atención y la posibilidad del late check out.

Cons:

Hay mucho ruido y música del restaurante que hay debajo. En nuestra primera estancia afortunadamente el personal respondió muy bien cambiándonos de habitación. En la segunda estancia nos ofrecieron upgrade a habitación en piso superior. Aún así la música y el ruido se oye. Recomiendo alojarse en la tercera planta al menos.

Heerlijk verblijf op een goede locatie, ik mis de douche nu al
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch, het bed lag goed, de douche was geweldig en had lekkere zeepjes. Fijn balkonnetje, goede grote tv. Het werd heel goed schoongemaakt elke dag. Goed contact met de medewerkers.

Cons:

Het was echt heel goed, enige wat mist is een koelkastje.

A really beautiful little hideaway spot. Perfect and safe to explore the city on foot for 48 hours

Location. Big spacious room. Super comfortable bed. Nancy on the front desk is super helpful

Cons:

A little noisy, but they may have something to do with the opening World Cup match.

Great location - would recommend.
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Let us store our luggage for 5 days while we travelled to other cities.

Cons:

The balcony was a little wobbly with a low railing which would be concerning for children or late at night.
