A warm welcome and excellent service
Pros:

Such friendly staff. Hi to Hannah and James who looked after everyone so well in the evening and the lovely lady who works so hard at breakfast time. The food is great and lots of drink options in them bar. Good sized rooms and good showers.

Convenient position and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Bus stop straight outside so we could get a bus into the city. Right I Ruddington so could walk to restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The radiator in the bathroom didn't seem to work. People were very noisy leaving the Soul event.

Excellent, very friendly staff, home from home, lovely food. I will book again!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, good quality ingredients used. Love the location, country feel but only a few miles from the centre of Nottingham. Quaint property with a cottage feel.

Cons:

The suite had a small 2seater sofa and the room can take a larger sofa. Would be more comfortable watching TV.

Overall, we loved it. We’d highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and felt like they were working as a cohesive team, listening to requests and being helpful in every sense. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and filling.

Cons:

The car park was relatively small, but we still got parked.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything was fantastic - from the moment i arrived i felt welcomed. The food is incredible( especially the baileys cheesecake!!) , the service second to none, the bed was super comfy. All of the staff are so incredibly friendly - would 100% stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was perfect - i have no complaints at all.

Great stay!
Pros:

We stayed here for a gig in the city centre, great location. The room itself was clean & tidy. Breakfast was delicious.
The night porter was really helpful, getting us some extra milk!

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing was that the electric shower was a bit weak.
