Pros:

Minha estadia foi excelente! A pousada é exatamente como nas fotos, o que já passa muita confiança desde a reserva. O ambiente é muito agradável, tudo bem organizado e confortável. A limpeza é impecável, realmente um dos pontos que mais me chamou atenção. Além disso, os funcionários são muito educados. Com certeza foi uma ótima experiência e eu voltaria novamente!

Excelente café da manhã. A cama também era de boa qualidade. Atendimento ok.

Cons:

Televisão muito antiga, parecia um monitor de computador. Por estar distante da cama, até dificultou a visualização. A internet do quarto também era de baixa qualidade. O Wi-fi quase não funcionava e o sinal de celular as vezes.

Pros:

O quarto é confortável, boa cama, bom espaço.
O café da manhã é bom.
A equipe super educada, todos solícitos e agradáveis.

Cons:

O banheiro muito escuro, foi uma dificuldade pra fazer a barba com tão pouca luz.
O pé direito do quarto era muito baixo, dá uma sensação claustrofóbica.

Gostamos da proximidade e acesso ao pontos turísticos, bem como está próximo a Rodoviária.

Cons:

Não gostamos do colchão do quarto, pois era um colchão mole que não trazia conforto a coluna, dormimos um.pouco desconfortável.
Ao contatar, disseram que teríamos acesso aos canais fechados e locais para fumantes, mas não dispunha de nada disso.
Apesar disso o Hotel é limpo e agradável.

Da falta de responsabilidade para com o controle ter certeza se o apartamento estava sem ou com os hopedes pois a funcionária entrou no quarto com uma chave reserva sem avisa isso realmente é inademissivel.
