Value for money
Pros:

Went there during WPT 2025, given the price point this hotel is a pretty good deal. The hotel is ~15 mins drive from nagaworld casino. There is no breakfast in this hotel, so plan accordingly. Given that its easy to commute in PP it not an issue.

Not recommended for vacation because of toxic staff attitudes
Pros:

The cleaners did a great job in keeping the rooms clean

Cons:

The staff are rude and does little to help. Is a bunch of unhappy staff for some reason .. very rude and disrespectful staff..

A great place to stay if you're travelling by train .
Pros:

The rooms were excellent. Large, comfortable, and quiet with all sorts of amenities.
The staff were always very helpful and offered me an upgrade every time I booked in. They also directed me to an excellent close by restaurant for my evening meals.
The location was also excellent for me as a rail traveller. The station was only a short walk away.

Cons:

The bar was closed, apparently permanently. After a hard days travelling I needed a beer from a bar, not from a fridge. Talking about fridges, not one of them in the hotel was working. The staff are aware of this and management is trying to remedy the situation.
The hotel is right on a very busy street and the footpath outside the entrance is basically destroyed. It's a luxury hotel in a downbeat area but isn't that Phnom Penh all over?

Pros:

The room is quite new. Overall its a fair stay.

Cons:

I hate it when there is smell of cigarettes in the room when you first check in and the floor is sticky for whatever reason. And also awful smell in the hallway and inside the lifts. Mainly their guests are from mainland China so ya.
