Pros:

Good location. We used it as a stop between ?la Fortuna and Manuel Antonio. Owner and staff are lovely. Little pool and beach opposite.
Excellent breakfast.
Small but attractive grounds.

Such a wonderful surprise! Greeted with a fresh coconut to drink. Cutest little hotel I have ever been to. Owners so attentive.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort.
Zum Zentrum mit dem Taxi, zu Fuss etwas mühsam.

Cons:

Lage an der Strasse.
Personal sprach nur spanisch, aber irgendwie geht das jeweils schon.

La noche en la piscina con el clima acogedor que le da la decoración, el jardín y el estilo del hotel, es la mejor forma de terminar de convencerse que este hotel es para quienes quieran relajarse, y descansar.
Mucha tranquilidad adentro, las camas muy cómodas, buen desayuno.
La playita que esta al frente es un plus. No muy concurrida, limpia, se presta para ver el atardecer.

Cons:

Hubo muchos mosquitos dentro de la habitación y en el jardín.
Falta tener 1 basurero dentro de la habitación.
El restaurante mas cerca esta a 1 km, para los que no viajamos en carro puede ser un detalle a tener en cuenta.
El minisuper estaba cerrado el lunes, el dia que llegamos.
La cafetera que habia era para cápsulas de café instantáneo. Creo que deberían cambiarla por una mas convencional.

Pros:

The hotel is just over the road from a lovely beach with a great sun set. Its about 4 miles from the ferry port . The breakfast was really good and all th3 staff very friendly, especially ajose who works week ends when he's not at college.

Cons:

I was in a room very close to the road outside the gate in to the hotel.
It had a touch pad key entry and I could nt get it to work!! There was a lot of road noise which did quiet down after 11pm but started again 6am. I stayed on a Sunday night so it could have been tourist traffic.

Right on the beach, but you have to uber to go anywhere..
