El personal súper atento, nos hizo recomendaciones de donde cenar y a la salida nos dijo lugares en los que parar de camino a nuestro siguiente destino. Desayuno completo y muy bueno. Nos ofreció los cayaks y sillas para ir a la playa.

Le côté cosy de l hôtel, en arrivant dans la zone.. c est un petit coin de paradis à côté de la grand route … l accueil est top, le personnel prévoyant et le petit hôtel trop mignon
Sa situation à côté de la route principale le rend un peu bruyant et un peu éloigné du centre

Mala experiencia, no volvería
Mi experiencia en este lugar no fue buena. Las habitaciones del primer piso tienen una altura entre el piso y el cielo raso de menos de 2 metros, lo que hace que el espacio se sienta bastante reducido. Personalmente, me generó una sensación de claustrofobia y me resultó muy incómodo.
Considero que esta característica debería indicarse claramente en la publicidad y en la información de las habitaciones antes de realizar una reserva, ya que es un aspecto importante que puede influir en la decisión de un huésped.
Al solicitar un cambio de habitación, la respuesta del encargado fue, además, muy desagradable. De manera grosera, molesta y elevando la voz, me indicó que no era posible realizar el cambio porque ya habíamos utilizado un paño del baño para secarnos las manos.
Independientemente de la situación, considero que la atención al cliente debería darse siempre con respeto, educación y cordialidad. La combinación de una habitación que me resultó incómoda y la forma en que fui atendida hizo que mi experiencia fuera muy negativa.

El desayuno que venía incluido estaba excelente. Demasiado amable todo el personal. La piscina muy limpia. Tiene minisúper a la par, que es muy conveniente.

First, this property is nice and clean and if you don’t look outside the gate, it’s very well maintained. The problem is that it is in between two major streets and the noise of traffic is extreme. Walking out of the gate across the street to the ocean is extremely dangerous. To find and go into this place you drive down the street the address does not work on Google then there’s no place to pull over. If you are going to go to this property pull over on the side of the beach take your life into your hand and walk across the street then drive around the property all the way back around and then go into the property. I realize that the people that worked there were trying to help us, but we had stopped on the side of the road where the gate was and they yelled and screamed that we were being dangerous and almost lost my business because I didn’t appreciate that. Once we got into the property, it was pretty and there was a nice pool, but it was so extremely dangerous to go back out onto the street that we ordered to have something delivered rather than leave the property. The area surrounding the hotel is very distressed. It looks like a hurricane hit. In fact, we had to Google it to make sure that the hurricane had not hit there. I loved the property but would not recommend the area or where it’s at and that’s just me being honest. The room was nice, but they painted it all a deep brown and so it looked like you were going into a dark tunnel, at least one wall should’ve been painted white or tan., Also there was a step up going into the bathroom that was not marked very well and very dangerous late at night
