It was perfectly fine, for what we needed.
Pros:

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the AC worked well and the location is a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

The area is a bit sketchy. The beach is nearby but there is really nothing else.

Basic but practical
Pros:

Fit for purpose and good value for money.
Good air-conditioner.. room had boiler, fridge, and microwave. TV had netflix. The room was spacious. Staff helped me carry bags upstairs..

Cons:

I left before breakfast, so I can't judge that. Nothing about it is fancy, but it's good value for money.

worst bed ever. we arrived and they told us there was an error in the system and they were full. we were sent to a neigbourg hotel.for 1 night..I wish we have stay there. at check out the cleaning lady came to scream to the receptionist that they were abusive. The reception and room were full of mosquitos

The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to the beach and main plaza with many cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Due to its proximity to the night life locations, the area was noisy during the weekend.

Pros:

Excellent location a few hundred meters from various restaurants (shout-out to Eco Gusto!), bars, minimarkets and the beach, but just far enough to avoid the "noise". All the premises are clean and cozy, as well as the room. Good amenities in the room: microwave, fridge, kettle and some utensils. Working AC and a sealing fan. Free drinking water available. Very nice breakfast offered for an additional payment of 5$/person (simple. Not a buffet). Very spacious terrace on the roof which is really nice especially after sunset. Very friendly personnel. Good value for money.

Cons:

The "Art" theme was a bit vague. Needs a little work done here and there. Just some little maintenance. In my case the shower hose was leaking badly when i got in, but they changed it immediately! If all these little things are checked and fixed beforehand, the overall experience is much nicer for the client.

Pros:

Not a thing!

Cons:

Nothing about this place! Hard bed, huge cockroaches in room, toilet was very dirty, door had cracks in it wide enough to show light coming through, could not sleep from brightness in room,and because bed was hard, and scared more bugs would come. Stayed only fee hours to rest before going airport and was terrible. Asked for receipt and host didn't know what I was asking for!
