Our All Inclusive Breaks include a three-course dinner with a £35.00 food allowance per adult for the evening meal. A full English breakfast is included in the package. There's a soup and sandwich lunch which is available between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Unlimited drinks are also included daily from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm per person which consist of house wine, draught beers, branded spirits (which are served in a single measure or with a mixer only), and soft drinks, valid and exclusively served at the Residents's Bar only. One glass only per person may be ordered at a time. Any drinks purchased outside the included hours are payable at the bar.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Friendly helpful staff
The long trek to the room from the reception
On the second night it was impossible to sleep.Shouting and obscenities next door continued into the night. The night porter became involved but the problem was not resolved. Even when the voices quietened a little we could still hear every word. A big part of the issue was the room. We were given half of a family room with some loose insulation put between the interconnecting doors. It was like being in the same room as the noisy guests. Reception could not deal with the complaint because we had booked with booking.com.
Handy location
Noisey. Room was near to bar/restuarant and some guests still drinking, laughing and talking very loudly at 2.40am with the windows wide open! It was a stifling hot and humid night, no A/C. Could not have our room window open else noisier still . Very little sleep achieved before a very early departure
Nothing at all
Staff were rude
All staff were very young and did what they wanted. A man was waiting over 20mins for staff to come and serve him
Had to move rooms at 10pm due to the smoke alarm in the room going off and no manager on site to deal with the issue
No disabled access at all
Fantastic area within easy reach of the town centre, bars, restaurants and takeaways etc. Easy walking distance to Peel tower. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and accommodating - will definitely be back.

Really outdated. Bathroom was dirty on arrival floor not brushed, dirty towel and spray in bathroom sink.

Breakfast was not to a good standard, eatable but much room improvement, sausages looked and tasted anemic , not good quality!! Bacon needed more colour and cooked more .
Bed and linen clean.
Carpets in hallway and room dirty and stained. I spoke to reception as room also smelt a little like sick. I told reception but she just said there were no other single rooms available and offered an air freshener... didn't even offer to check room 😕. For £99 room only I expect better, £60 would have been fairer price.
No lift and because door entry card not working I then had to go all the way back down to the ground floor to get sorted. This has happened every time I've stayed.

The staff we’re lovely and friendly & location was very convenient for the town
Extremely dated, I love old buildings but the interior was drab and worn, the room was dark and extremely small even for a compact double, with old furniture and door that didn’t fit properly, (not great for fire safety) the bed linen didn’t smell fresh and when you pay £95 for a room you expect wash stuff, it was minimalist all of which made the price seem totally unreasonable, on top of all that the couple next door were super noisy and I could hear everything through the wall…
Staff were friendly, room was clean and there was a great selection of board games in the lounge. Breakfast was good, too. We got a free upgrade to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and this was much appreciated.
The whole hotel was very tired and a bit shabby. The pool was freezing, not only the water but the room and changing rooms. The doors on the showers were rotten through and you couldn't lock them because the wood was so warped. Showers in the leisure club alternated between warm and icy cold (no way to control temp, just a push button on a timer). But, for the price and location, I was willing to overlook these niggles and would stay again!
