Pleasant enough stay but the pool was out of use and was one of the reasons I booked
Leisure facilities sauna steam room, receptionist very helpful
Pool was looking green, restaurant staff didn’t appear to want to be there
Second visit, suits my colleague and I requirements. That says it all I hope.
Easy to get too off the motorway
A room an all you can drink offer being sold to complete idiots who argued till gone 4 despite many banging on walls and doors. No staff to be seen or found.
The staff made it a very enjoyable stay! Very helpful. Breakfast was lovely
Dated decor but great value for money!
Staff was exceptional! Ive never met such helpful happy staff! Food for a 3 star really was great too and very enjoyable (we only had breakfasts not evening meals)
Sauna and steam room super hot how we like it.
Excellent value for money with all the facilities and nearby town. You get what you pay for its excellent for the money!
Will definitely stay here again when in this area!
Obviously it is slightly dated (decor) didnt affect our stay we had a fabulous time all 6 adults and 3 children :)
Hot tub could of been hotter but didnt stop us going in nor would it stop us re booking!
Room a bit dated turned radiatorndown but was very hot. Room located above I am guessing boiler Room as very noisy... either a fan or generator from 8am woken and couldn't get back to sleep. Not at all relaxing
Poor room, freezing cold, uncomfy bed and fittings, tiny bath, trickle of a a shower. Great location poor room.
Hotel is close to the centre of town. Dinner was excellent. The staff were excellent. there is no way to add a tip to the restaurant bill other than leaving cash.
Shower was electric with low power and only 45 seconds of hot water. Breakfast was served on cold plates which meant that it had to be eaten very quickly. There is no way to leave a gratuity for the excellent staff.
Location some polite staff
Over priced dirty needs refurbishing
Very good
Was no twin room all booked up but we managed
Nothing very tired inside. Carpets were dirty and room was dirty looked like a drop in hostels
As above would not recommend or return
