Good. I'll rate it 8/10.
Pros:

The room was spacious and roomy. It is also clean with a cold air conditioning unit. However, the aircon seemed old because it is quite noisy but tolerable. With regard to the comfort room, it has a hot and cold shower option. The toilet bowl is new. They also have hooks and a towel rack which is a plus. They also offered a hygiene kit which is a plus. They also have an open cabinet which you can hang your clothes and store your personal belongings.

Cons:

I think the comforter is not newly washed. I am not sure, but it doesn't smelt like it is newly washed. Please ensure that all your beddings are washed appropriately to avoid this incidence.

I like the hotel close to everything accessible for shopping etc.

Cons:

No Elevator and ramp for wheelchair.
I have to carry my father in my back from the main floor to second that is no good for health and safety hazzard I could fall in the stairs while carrying my father.Your hotel should have a policy code regulation from the government.
