Bellissima struttura, camere grandi e accoglienti, arredata bene, tante attività all'interno tra animali, distilleria e negozio, personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Cena da migliorare, menu da bambini con cose non da bambini, tutto fritto. Cena degli adulti da rivedere per quello che si paga. Colazione buona e varia

Pros:

Il posto è magico! Abbiamo dormito in un Kelo Glass Igloo, eravamo in 3 ed è molto comodo. La colazione era buona e il personale molto gentile. Ma secondo me la cosa più bella è proprio il posto, ti da un senso di tranquillità e pace! Abbiamo anche organizzato delle escursioni con la struttura (Husky, Motoslitte e Aurora) e le consiglio.

Cons:

Avevamo la cena compresa, terribile! Non si può includere una cena del genere in un posto così. Meglio non averla.

It utterly destroyed the magic of glass igloos for me, once and for all.
Cons:

Please note that the following reflects the personal experience and feelings of my husband and myself. We spent one night at Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort - Igloos and Chalets for 1,267 Euros, and I am honestly relieved it was only for one night.
The space was extremely cramped, and since there is no partition between the toilet and the bedroom, odors drift throughout the entire igloo. Furthermore, the ceilings are incredibly low; the passageway is so low that I kept hitting my head, which resulted in a bloody nose and bruises. The bedding and curtains felt very cheap with a terrible color scheme; there was absolutely no visual enjoyment. Although it’s a double room, it is only suitable for one person. Additionally, you can clearly see into other rooms from inside, and the door was so difficult to lock that we felt very insecure.
To us, the overall visual of the igloo area resembled a cemetery in Eastern culture. Combined with the white and gold decor, it felt like being a corpse. This was the worst night of our Finland trip and completely destroyed my dream of glass igloos. However, I must praise the staff and shuttle drivers—their enthusiasm was the only thing that kept us going.

Decent, but could improve service given the price.
Pros:

Spacious, excellent activity options, restaurant food was really good. Very beautiful location.

Cons:

Some of the staff a bit dismissive. Activities & pick ups didn’t run to time which made planning a bit difficult. Very icy in places. We all fell over at least once. Would not recommend for older guests.
Lights on properly a bit bright which blocked aurora display but if you walk away from the acommodation it was a beautiful sight.

Would say the location was great to catch Northern light and beautiful scenery. Food options were great and friendly staff

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned for 2 days as this come with extra costs. Except for the food, everything come with additional costs. The bed were not very comfortable - very basic. Very disappointed of what the hotel had to offer considering the price we paid - wouldn't recommend

Pros:

We were able to watch the Northern Lights from inside the igloo it was an incredible experience. The igloo was beautiful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The resort is very large, offers many different activities, and is of very high quality. We were very satisfied with everything and would love to come back again.

Cons:

The igloo was a bit small and a little cold. Next time, we will probably need to choose a bigger igloo.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort und haben die besondere Atmosphäre sowie die einzigartige Umgebung sehr genossen. Insgesamt war es ein tolles und außergewöhnliches Erlebnis.

Cons:

Es gab nur ein paar kleinere Punkte, die den Komfort noch verbessern könnten: Der Vorderanbau war etwas kühl, und ein WC direkt im Duschbereich wäre praktischer gewesen. Außerdem hätten wir uns ein Fenster zum Lüften gewünscht, da es abends teilweise recht warm wurde.

Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Übernachtungskosten recht hoch sind, weshalb man entsprechend hohe Erwartungen an den Komfort hat.

Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir würden das Resort weiterempfehlen. Ein besonderer Ort für ein einmaliges Erlebnis.
