Very friendly and helpful staff. High level hospitality
Toilets were not clean on details. Rooms were older than they appear on photos. Bearable only stay if you pay attention to details
The location is very good, the hotel is old style and charming. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive!
Mert was brilliant and so was his father! Great breakfast and very kind people. Central location and clean room.
The bathroom needs a little upgrade but it worked for a solo traveller.
Very nice staff, local, family business, no fuzz, old world, super central, local feel, old mansion, great breakfast

location
we booked a room with 2 beds as advised on the confirmation and in the room description. When we arrived we were told that the room had a queensize bed and if we wanted 2 beds we had to pay 20 euro extra. We did as we had no choice, but the room was small with a mezzanine, a steep ladder and a mattress on the floor.
Towels with holes, not sure about the cleanliness of the bedsheets...
only one light, shining next to you and blinding you if you lay in the bed upstairs...tiny bathroon, having to use the bathroom during the night was a nightmare, could not sleep at all, you can hear everything from outside and on the terrace . The day after at least they changed the room to a slighly better one.
The parking is just in the small street in front of the hotel, they will move your car according to the space available. Breakfast was ok, staff ok.
There are better option in Sanliurfa, for the same price, avoid it if you can.
Having spent several days in this hotel, we enjoyed its excellent location (quiet alley yet near the bazar), very friendly, helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere. It was an authentic experience in a traditional konak house. The roof terrace with its beautiful view was an extra plus.
great location, nice and friendly host. Breakfast was good. This hotel is located in central bazzar. You can enjoy good food and drink. In addition you can reach on foot almost attraction
Room was too small and ill lighted.
The house has history, 500 years.
The staff is amazing, they gave us recomendations and organize a private tour for us and transportation to the hotel.
The driver we had, Ferman amazing person.
The breakfast pretty good.
The price is too high for the value. We ended paying a lot for the room but also for the tours.
The room was like a duplex but small and old.
The entire place needs some kind of renewal, and of course control the prices as its too expensive for what it offer
Location in the heart of Urfa. Market and any food choice immaginable close by. Very nice and forthcoming staff. Hotel is cute with nice terrace. My room was very small, practically just a bed. İ only slept there, thus do not mind.
Tiny room.
Breakfast was very good.
The old mansion is very nice.
Mr. Aslan was very receptive and helped us with parking.
The room was way too small, had barely any space to move inside. Bathroom too small as well.
Blankets were too small and air conditioner was old and we couldn't leave it on for the night.
Great location. Staff were fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful.
nothing
Tasty breakfast, very hospitable staff, convenient location, authentic city - briefly speaking it is worth the money.
The staff doesn't speak English, although in general it wasn't a big problem due to their responsiveness and mobile translators. My room seemed to be the smallest one, in which I had lived before.
