Є можливість готувати- бо є плита та кухонне начиння
Дуже старе начиння в номерному фонді . На двоспальному ліжку реально неможливо спати - настільки розшатане і всі пружини з матрасу впиваються в ребра- як тільки одна людина перевертається , інша в зв'язку з цією розшатаністю ліжка аж підстрибує. Дивани теж вже "побачили монголо-татарів"(добряче витріпані- при розкладанні посередині дюна ( горб)на якій спати не можна)

За 7 дней 2 раза не было воды и отопления! Надо что то делать с этим(ремонт старенький..
Місце розташування, сам номер досить непоганий по оформленню.
Наявні туалетні та кухонні принади, телевізор, чайник, холодильник (правда шумний), не особо важко по паркуванню.
Рядом є кафешки де можна поїсти і не дуже дорого (ресторанчики смак тайм, йой, піцерія панатерія), трішки далі є бістро "Сова".
Рекомендую попити кави з кіоску ЛОВ КОФІ.
Інтернет дуже повільний, для роботи не підійде, виручало, що мобільний інтернет швидкий там.
Вночі пропадало опалення, що відчувалось оскільки на вулиці зима.
Номер оформлений гарно, але він втомлений, а саме: шторка у ванній порвана, карниз ледве тримається на ізострічці, дує з під вхідних дверей (добре дує), на другому поверсі дуже чутно вітер (враховуючи війну то підскакуєш чи не проліт лі дрона, оскільки в моєму регіоні вони часті гості).
Зручне розташування, гарний краєвид, поруч супермаркети
Співвідношення ціна-якість повністью відповідає ринковим.
Отель не поганий,в гарному місці, поруч вся інфраструктура + равновіддаленість від джерел.
Номера з кухнею, опалення дуже гарне, цілодобово гаряча вода.
Безумовно, є мінуси, але повністю компенсуються ціною.
Тому, в цілому, рекомендую.
