Very nice rooms and very neat.
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff

Cons:

The cappuccino machine was broken and I specifically booked sleep at this hotel because of the breakfast and cappuccino in the morning. It would have been convenient because I always wake up with my cappuccino in the mornings.

Cons:

The photos on Booking.com don’t really reflect what to expect. I thought the hotel was the classic building with the garden and view. We were not expecting such small room/shower on the ground floor looking at a wall. It was clean and nicely presented with a complimentary tv and tea/coffee and balcony for smoking as requested.
We’ve had a wonderful time in Swakopmund. Thank you for your service.
