Cleanliness was good.
We had a darshan in the morning, we asked them to keep some breakfast for us (People) as we had booked a complimentary breakfast. In spite of our repeated requests, they didn't keep anything, not even a cup of coffee. We had elderly parents with us. We had asked them to arrange anything which is easily possible like idly or dosa and a coffee but they just denied. We failed to understand how someone cannot even offer a cup of coffee to customers who have booked 4 complimentary breakfasts. We were back from the darshan by 11.30 so it was definitely possible for them to offer us something.
What hospitality is this? This was very rude behaviour and we didn't like it at all. I would give them negative mark of possible in their hospitality. We had senior citizens who had to take medicines after breakfast and their denial left us with an extremely poor experience. Being in the temple town, the least one would expect is that they would be flexible as per religious practices of fasting before Darshan.

The property is very good for families. I travelled with my parents and although my flight arrived later than my parents', Akhil was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in for them. Monarch's staff was amazing from reception, to housekeeping and to their restaurant - they were all very friendly and at the same time, efficient. There is a very good restaurant inside the hotel and serves great breakfast and dinner. Room size was much larger than the regular hotels and the bathroom had all the amenities.

Breakfast is very good. No buffet breakfast. Need to order from 5 to 6 choices of mainly Kerala cuisine. Room cleanliness as well as overall comfort is good.

The hotel had a great location in a quiet area, and our room on a higher floor was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, making it a pleasant and relaxing stay overall.
TV didn’t always work properly as the network kept dropping.

I booked a 3-night deluxe double room with a bathtub, but they informed me that the bathtub room was not available. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password changed frequently, requiring me to go to the counter each time to ask for it.
