Comfortable and full of character
Pros:

Fantastic and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and stunning garden. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me for a late check-out. Lots of character and interesting history. Would highly recommend as an N3 stopover

Warm and homely with good old home cooking
Pros:

For our travelling purposes the position of Green Lantern was excellent. The Inn takes you back over 130 years in time and the warmth and character is unbeatable including having a drink with " Bojangles " the donkey in the bar and then settling down to a proper home cooked meal in exquisite dining rooms. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much effort for them/ Take a stroll around the beautiful gardens and then step back in time as you sink into an enveloping sofa in front of a good old log fire and watch black and white silent movies - My advice don't miss the place.

Very disappointing
Pros:

It is close to the freeway, providing a quick stopover during our trip

Cons:

The check-in experience was poor. The bedding in our room did not look clean, we left immediately after seeing the state of the bedding!

Beautiful garden, great play area for kids.

Cons:

I feel like even if it is old it does not have to feel dusty everywhere. Needs carpets cleaned and couches cleaned in all main areas of the hotel.

Pros:

I loved how authentic it felt with all the old furniture and fire places. The bar was filled with memorabilia from hundreds of happy guests through the years, it was a warm and friendly place but my favourite part was definitely the donkey (Mr Bojangles) joining us in the bar.

Cons:

I can't complain about anything, the staff were friendly and efficient.
