Personal war hilfsbereit, auch die Dame beim Frühstück

Cons:

Altes Hotel, scheinbar von Exo übernommen wird scheinbar nur notdürftig instandgehalten, sehr alte Ausstattung, defekter Aufzug (wohl schon länger) . Check-in via Telefon kein Personal vor Ort, somit auch kein früherer Check-in möglich. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung
Zimmer sehr dunkel, im Bad brannte nur noch 1 kleiner Strahler am Spiegel
Definitiv dafür einfach zu teuer.

Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.
Die Betten waren auch Okay.

Cons:

Zuerst dieses umständliche Check-in Verfahren, draußen hängt eine Check-in Automat, der irgendwie keinen Sinn ergibt. Man ist im Hotel und muss eine Telefonnummer wählen um an sein Schlüssel zu kommen. Da frage ich mich, warum habe ich im Vorhinein überhaupt ein Online Check-in durchgeführt. Es gibt kein Personal und die Rezeption ist geschlossen.
Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht und es hang auch kein Schild dran. Also Koffer in den dritten Stock schleppen. Im Zimmer angekommen, keine Seife und das Duschgel war ebenfalls leer. Nur ein Zahnputzbecher obwohl zwei Personen im Zimmer. In der Dusche hat noch ein Einmalwaschlappen gehangen, ausgetrocknet. Eine halbe Toilettenpapierrolle, kein Ersatz. Wenn man schon am negativen schreiben ist, gehört halt auch dazu, das die Wandlampe voll Spinnweben war/ist.
Auf der Schlüsselkarte stand, im fünften Stock der Fitnessraum und im sechsten Stock gibt's das Frühstück. Komischerweise ist das Hotel nur drei Stock hoch.
Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, auf eine Art Schrottplatz.

Ich war schon oft hier und werde auch wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant hat einen neuen Betreiber und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Toll sind die vielen kostenfreien Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Ich war schon oft hier, aber noch nie in der dritten Etage und ausgerechnet diesmal war der Aufzug kaputt. Der Dusch-Gel-Spender war leider leer. Da sollte bei der Zimmerreinigung schon darauf geachtet werden.

Hier ist nur zum Übernachten geeignet, mehr nicht. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sehr oldschool. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Przyjemny hotel, na pewno rozważę powrót
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, mega wygodne łóżka, pokoje czyste. W hotelu restauracja, a także smaczne śniadania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, można powiedzieć "rodzinna atmosfera"

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach. W miesiącach letnich może być tam bardzo gorąco. Dodatkowo brak lodówki w pokoju.
