Pros:

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Stadtkern unweit des Marktplatzes in einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Zum Wandern und Stadtbummel ideal. Direkt um die Ecke ist unser Lieblings-Pub, besser geht´s nicht. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Das Bett war sehr angenehm hart und kein bisschen durchgelegen, ich habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Das Bad ist super, sogar mit Regendusche. Alle drei Tage gibt es frische Handtücher. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Einfach nur lecker, sogar mit Lachs und Fisch, frischem Obst und prima Aufschnitt. Die Besitzer sind lieb und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Kamers basic en te .klein zeker van.mijn.kinderen dat de eet plaats en bar na morgen.eten.op slot ging zodat we geen.gezelschaps spelen.die we bij hadden niet konden gebruiken

De bedden waren zeer goed en alles was schoon.

Cons:

Het is heel jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid was om ' avonds wat te drinken in het restaurant bar. Dit was mij niet duidelijk toen ik ging boeken. Had ik dat geweten dan had ik wel een ander hotel; geboekt. Met je gezin de hele avond op één kamer zitten is niet wat ik voor ogen had. Ook gebruik maken van een deel van het restaurant was niet mogelijk. Wil je in de avond even gezellig bij elkaar zitten dan ben je verplicht naar een bar of een ander hotel te gaan.

The owners go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and have a great stay! Comfortable rooms and walking distance from the centre and restaurants. Parking in front and a place to store skiing shoes etc. Highly recommend, we will be back

Prettig hotel centraal in Winterberg met goede ligging en parkeerfaciliteiten.
Pros:

Prettige en vriendelijke ontvangst, met uitgebreide uitleg over het dorp en de liften en restaurants. Parkeren gemakkelijk direct voor de deur. Prettige en schone kamer met goede badkamer en fijne bedden. Ruime ontbijtzaal en veel keuzes bij ontbijt. Alle restaurants in het dorp op loopafstand. Liften zowel met auto als te voet goed bereikbaar, lockers bij de lift.

Cons:

Het leek meer een B&B opzet omdat de lounge/ontbijtzaal de gehele dag en avond gesloten was. Je kon dus niet ergens even zitten en thee of koffie drinken, ondanks de ruime ontbijtzaal die ook een bar had. Er was ook geen koffie/thee faciliteit op de kamer dus ook daar kon je het niet bij thuiskomst gezellig maken. Toen we om een kopje thee vroegen op een middag dat de hosts er rond 16-17 uur waren omdat er meerdere nieuwe mensen aankwamen, werd dat wel toegelaten maar we moesten vragen om in de lounge te mogen zitten en betaalden flink voor de thee. Dat maakte dat we ons niet welkom voelden. Verder een uitstekend verblijf.

Zeer goede locatie voor een weekendje Winterberg
Pros:

Locatie Top! dicht bij centrum en op loopafstand van de piste's Ontbijt was ruim voldoende en volop keuze.
Kamers basic maar alles wat nodig was was aanwezig en vooral erg schoon!

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend....wir haben unsere Fahrräder dabei gehabt und konnten sie in die Garage stellen und auch gleich aufladen...wir würden dort wieder buchen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich...zum Zentrum von Winterberg sind es ca.5 Gehminuten
