Not pleasant, location address is wrong and you have to take the message from the property owner to get there. Expensive
Pros:

The accomodation is a dorm rather than hotel. The name is misrepresented and wrong in the Booking.com platform.you need to lift your luggage to 2nd floor and pay for bath towel. Worst still there is a timing for use of tiolet and bath room which make it very difficult it is shared with others. Cob web at the window and facility is very dirty.

Nice owners, but very noisy rooms.
Pros:

Very warm welcome from the owners, a very nice couple who will do their best to communicate with you with their electronic translator. The place is big and comfortable. Supposedly it has a view on mount Fuji but it was cloudy so we couldn't see it.
You have access to the kitchen with many equipments.

Cons:

There were two big families with very young children staying the same night as us. They were extremely loud and noisy the whole time, and even after the children finally went to bed, the owners and the adults of the other families stayed up late in the living room talking and laughing very loud. The families left very early in the morning and woke us up with the noise. The whole place is absolutely not soundproof, so you hear everything happening in the house. We did not sleep well because of the noise...

Reasonable price and warmly welcomed
Pros:

Friendly, comfortable and nice location. We could see the top of Mount Fuji from our room.

Cons:

Internet didn’t work in my room which was in the end of the corridor.
