Chambre sublime, fonctionnelle et grande. Matelas très confortable. Déco soignée
Emplacement en dehors de l’agitation de Ninh binh mais très facile d’y accéder.
Vélo à dispo pour se balader

Great location to get to the limestone formations.
Pros:

Very good location, plenty of room in our apartment. Staff friendly and loved the pool.

Cons:

Communication with older staff, no blame we don't speak Vietnamese but it meant things got lost in translation. Couldn't order a drink from the bar even though it was only 7pm,placed an order for one breakfast option and received something different. Nothing terrible by any means but explains the rating

Sehr ruhig gelegen, keine Motorräder oder Autos zu hören. Absolute Entspannung

Cons:

Frühstück ist a la carte und man erhält nur ein Gericht und ein Getränk. Hier könnte man zumindest eine Getränke flatmate anbieten. Die Zimmer sind etwas „feucht“ durch das Klima und das Grün im Hotel. Hier wird geholfen, da jeder Zimmer über einen Lufttrockner verfügt.

Bien placé dans une petite rue calme.
Le jardin est super luxuriant. C'est vraiment orné de plantes et de végétation.
Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées.
Des vélos sont prêtés qui permettent ainsi de se balader vers les sites touristiques.
Présence de très bons restaurants locaux à proximité (2/3 min en vélo)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré. Il n'est pas suffisamment copieux.

Gezellig weg van de drukte
Pros:

Een heerlijke setting, beetje weg van de drukte doch meer dan voldoende horeca op wandel/fietsafstand. Heel gezellig ingerichte binnentuin. Leuk dat je voor ongeveer 5 euro per dag een brommertje kan huren. Onze kamer was ongelooflijk ruim en gezellig ingericht. Fijn om een balkonnetje te hebben. Ontbijt dien je avond op voorhand te bestellen. Was zeker ok, maar niet voldoende. Hou er rekening mee dat er mensen achteraan de erf wonen. Zelf vond ik dat al eens rumoerig worden en de rust verstoren. Maar hoe dan ook een topverblijf!

Soggiorno fantastico, posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale. È facile raggiungere tam coc o Trang an, si può prendere la bici gratuita di giorno oppure un Grab se è buio.
Silenziosa , ottima per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa.
Arredata con gusto e immersa tra la vegetazione

The wooden gate is a total pleasure to stay at. Fantastic staff, great little villas sleep 5. Great breakfast fee bikes and really easy to get to sightseeing and food spots.

Perfection - we will be back
Pros:

Location was perfect, central and quiet. Staff were lovely and it was a highlight to be met by the caretaker on our late night arrival. Breakfast was yummy, the pool was divine and the room was gorgeous

Pros:

This is a very well-maintained and pleasant accommodation near Hang Mua.
All the staff are friendly, and the meals and drinks provided are excellent. It's perfect for a quiet rest.
It was the most comfortable place during my 10 days in Ninh Binh.

Peaceful in Ninh Binh
Pros:

Very peaceful spot that felt secluded even though it's in the heart of Ninh Binh. Comfortable beds and clean floors and bathrooms. Great space for a family of four. Bikeable to many great cafes and restaurants and a short drive to attractions. Loved the pool, the cat and the daily breakfasts. Excellent friendly service
