Friendly and helpful staff ensured that we had a pleasant stay
Pros:

The guesthouse was right in the middle of the tourist district, and within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave extra bags at the guesthouse while we were on a 2 1/2 week trek (free of charge).

Cons:

Our first night was extremely noisy, as it turned out that our room overlooked a very busy street. The staff were very accommodating in finding us a new room the next day, and the (modest) ncrease in price was really worth it for some good sleep.

Cons:

No lift to upper floors so be prepared to carry your bags but hotel staff are very happy to help

Cons:

Had booked a standard room . Very basic room, no amenities , hard bed, bathroom needed upgrading, shower went all over the floor and the floor remained wet all night. Room was hot, there was a dirty dusty fan which I reluctantly used . Wasn’t aware there were different grades of rooms at this otherwise very nice guesthouse. Staff are always helpful and friendly

Lot of street noise because of the location! ( can’t be helped) and some noisy comings and goings of other ( inconsiderate) guests in the night which was annoying.

This is a truly delightful place to stay in Kathmandu.
Pros:

The a la carte breakfasts were superb, as was all food that came from their kitchen. The courtyard, with its lovely plantings and huge fish tanks, was a delightful place of respite from the hectic streets.
