Pros:

Everything was excellent — the hotel is clean, the breakfast was good, and it is situated near many good eating restaurants. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and main attractions. The staff can speak English and were extremely helpful. The hotel also arranged transport transfer for us. When I accidentally missed my train and forgot to inform them, the management still took the initiative to text me and waited to ensure that my family and I arrived safely. Truly heartfelt service. We will definitely return.

Отличный отель!
Чистый и уютный номер, комфортная кровать, тихо и спокойно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Завтрак вкусный, расположение удобное для прогулок по Самарканду. Отличное соотношение цены и качества — рекомендую!

Pros:

Завтрак хороший, шведский стол. Один минус для меня, что не было творога, и каша была сладкая, если доставалась. А так овощи и фрукты местные были, яичницу делали. Выпечка какая то была, но я не ем ее. Воду в номер давали каждый день. Менеджер помогал , если возникали вопросы

Cons:

Окна выходили на улицу, а напротив ресторан и тандыр. Все запахи затягивало в окно, приходилось закрывать. В номере был кондиционер, жарко не было, но можно было б и не включать, если открыть окно

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Badewanne. Regelmäßige Reinigung, alles sauber und freundlich.
Das Restaurant gegenüber ist empfehlenswert. Kleiner Laden in der Nähe, in dem man fast alles bekommt.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, auch nach einmaliger Info hat sich keiner um die Angelegenheit gekümmert.

The hotel was nice in general, services, breakfast. The bed was nice.

They try to give us a different room with separate beds even tho I told them a month in advance that we needed the room I booked because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they said yes and did the opposite when we arrived, it was late, we were tired and they lln they gave us another room that was OK after the reception guy talked to the owner. Later that night the owner came to say sorry and brought sweets and tea, we spoke about it and we told him the next day was our anniversary, he said he was going to give us a cake for that. The next day he saw us outside of the hotel and he repeated that he has a surprise for us for the anniversary without us asking for it. Long story short, he didn't and he disappeared those days and we got nothing. I mean is just better not to say nothing to the guests if you can't keep your word.

The hotel met my expectations. Very friendly owner who made me feel really at home away from home.
Pros:

Breakfast was more than my expectations. It had their traditional foods different from the typical English style breakfast but delicious with all types of flavored teas. Great!

The location of the restaurant was great too. Quiet and spacious too.

Cons:

Second day my room wasn't made. I realized I needed to put a notice tag. The next days were great thereafter.

Pros:

Просторный чистый номер. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отель сам по себе новый. Отличная локация, до исторических достопримечательностей не более 30 минут пешком по парку (на такси минут 10).
Замечательный персонал. Отдельное спасибо управляющему за гостеприимство.

Cons:

На завтрак нужно приходить пораньше. После 9-00 многих блюд уже нет.
