Pros:

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel Izumgard in Samarkand und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit einer guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet – gerade bei den Temperaturen wirklich angenehm.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für den Preis absolut überzeugend. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche und freundliche Familie, die das Hotel führt. Bei allen Angelegenheiten wurde uns jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit zur Seite gestanden – ob beim Rufen eines Taxis oder sogar bei der Organisation und dem Kauf unserer Zugtickets nach Taschkent. Man fühlt sich dort wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Gastfreundschaft! ❤️

The hotel is in a walking distance to the centre Samarkand. There are several restarurants and a supermarket within minutes. The building is quite new and the rooms are spotless. The owner is very kind and helpful, he gave us for welcome water melone. The breakfast is an expanded continental with several choices. We would definitely return.

An absolutely wonderful stay in Samarkand after having a hard trekking in Fann Mountains. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The room is very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the entire property had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel is clean as if it was opened just yesterday.

What impressed us most was the staff: everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly felt like valued guests throughout our stay.

Breakfasts are really great: eggs, vegetables, somsa, pancakes, all the local fruits and so on.

The location was also very convenient for exploring Samarkand. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

It's a very clean place, well located. Quiet and peaceful. A very pleasant atmosphere. I felt right at home. They gave me a free taxi ride to the train station. They brought me tea and apples my first night. I would definitely return and I recommend it. I felt right at home.

Wonderful and respectful staff. Good location with convenient parking. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Безусловно прекрасное месторасположение. С двумя детьми без проблем за два вечера пешком обошли все главные достопримечательности. Рядом кафе и рестораны. Это что касается локации.
Сервис - на высоте, не то что эти сетевые отели, где преследуются совсем друг е цели. Тут все душевно. прекрасный персонал, внимательный, услужливый, все говорят по Русски что не маловажно. В номере все чисто, все новенькое. Из удобств - приятные кровати, наличие ТВ, кондиционера, холодильника - все что нужно!
С утра завтраки по системе шведского стола, вечером приятное времяприпровождение на крыше. Вечером же в номер комплимент от персонала - арбуз и дыня - это особенно приятно.
Перед прогулкой на выходе в лобби встречает холодильничек с прохладной водичкой. Кто хочет иные прохладительные напитки доя взрослых - без проблем.
Мы отдыхали семьей и остались в полном восторге!!!
Отдельное спасибо Директору за внимательность и личное общение!!!
Однозначно рекомендуем и непременно вернемся сюда в этот отель и в этот город!!!

Pros:

Расположение нормальное, рядом с университетским бульваром, хотя если хотите пешком до центра, выбирайте другой отель. Завтраки отвратительные все заветреное и жирное, обслуживание в столовой очень грубое. На рецепшн достаточно тепло общаются, но будьте готовы, что вас попросят оплатить номер наличкой, а потом отменят бронь в системе букинг по причине незаезда , в этом случае предусмотрен штраф. Вам потом долго придется переписываться и доказывать ,что вы заехали и оплатили. Отель будет при этом настаивать что все в порядке.
А так же могу предупредить , что бесплатный трансфер который предлагает отель могут не оплатить, поэтому лучше сами заказывайте такси, оно дешевое, чтобы не искать потом кто кому должен. Отель своих денег однозначно не стоит и рекомендовать его никому бы не стала.

Cons:

завтрак ужасный, вопросы оплаты непрозрачны, уборка в комнате плохая, не кладут полотенца для всех, говорят что нет чистых, очень маленький номер, не такой как на фото.
