Absolutely worth it’s value
Pros:

It was very clean, it’s 10min walking from the city center and at the same time in very quiet area. The room was large and comfortable, very beautiful and had everything you may need. The stuff were very polite and helpful with information. The included breakfast also was absolutely delicious. There is a private parking as well.

Rodinný hotel v Kazanlaku, naprosté překvapení. Hodnocení 10 tady nestačí. Krásné moderní pokoje. Perfektní vybavení, bezvadná wi-fi, nádherná stylová restaurace. Personál a majitelé perfektní, ochotní. Nádherná atmosféra.

Чиста постільна білизна

Cons:

Район де розташований готель, парковка не зручна і без спостереження ( майже на дорозі) , дуже шумно, в номері не має одноразових тапочків, зубної пасти, щітки , шампуні, тощо …. В ресторані готелю ( якщо його це можна назвати рестораном) сморід, скатертина на столі стара і брудна. Хазяї готелю поводили себе шумно , заважали відпочивати…..

Навіть не знаю, чи щось сподобалося. Мабуть, швидке заселення

Оцінка не відповідає дійсності!
Рушники старі, меблі також, тапок немає, чайника немає, шумоізоляція жахлива, запах неприємний. Сніданок був включений в вартість, але навіть побоялися йти снідати - бо побачили той «ресторан» і жахнулися. Не раджу.
