Best all-around hotel in Thamel. Ended up staying on multiple occasions
Pros:

Everything. It’s not a big hotel chain, and that’s part of the the appeal. The restaurant on the ground floor is a great one. It’s not often you find a 10/10 hotel and restaurant in one package. Everything I ordered during my stay were so good!

Perfektes Hotel mitten im Thamel. Trotzdem ruhig

Alles,
waren schon mehrmals da. Für uns perfekt. Man ist mittendrinnen und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Der Manager und das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöner Hotel, leider habe ich mich nicht zu Hause gefühlt.

Super, moderne wunderschöne Zimmer sehr sauber das hat mir gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der nicht vorhandene Service. Normalerweise erhält man eine kurze Einweisung wie zum Beispiel wann ist das Frühstück und wo, wo findet man das Wi-Fi Passwort etc. Das hat nicht stattgefunden. Auf meine Frage, ob man mir helfen könnte einen Transport zu meinem nächsten Standort zu organisieren, hieß es, man hätte keine Ahnung ich müsste warten, bis der Manager da wäre. Es hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet. Das machst du den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr unpersönlich.

ヒマラヤを見れて感激
Pros:

困った事や、我々の質問がありましたが、
全て非常に親身に丁寧に対応して下さり、
楽しいカトマンズの旅が出来たのも、ホテルのスタッフのお陰です。

Cons:

コレはホテル側のせいではありませんが、
とても立地が良い為、金曜日の夜、
外がかなり賑やかになりますので、
その騒音に悩まされました。

highly recommend this place to stay
Pros:

staff were super friendly. breakfast was delicous. the rooms were very comfy. the staff were able to call for taxi to pick us up and negiotiated a price for us. they also let us keep our extra luggage there while we were hiking.

a little noisy at night being on a busy street. there is a step from the bed to the washroom and also there are support beams

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again I'm happy with my stay.
The room is large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the food is excellent, and the location is great.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Karan at the front desk takes great care of guests and is always happy to help.
I will definitely be back again .
