The hotel was very clean and neat. Ambience was too good and the staffs are welcoming. This will be my to go place whenever I visit Karaikal.

Cons:

Our rooms has a lot of mosquitos despite reporting it to reception and we used mosquito coils but problem not sorted out...we asked reception to clean with mosquito hit spray but they said we don't have the spray if you want go and buy your own....we are very disappointed the way of Answer, no good slip because of mosquitos.
