Only location is good...Bed is Ok. But maintenance is poor.
Pros:

Location is very close to the Temple; hence was convenient. Especially close to the Nalatheertham which is the first place to go to before visiting the temple.
Car Parking was convenient.

Cons:

Toilet was unclean with rusted items and broken shower stand.
