Pros:

A limpeza estava realmente muito boa: banheiro, jacuzzi e chão impecáveis. As instalações têm aspecto de algo novo ou bem cuidado. O fato de ter escova de dentes foi maravilhoso. Recepcionistas foram muito educadas no check in e no check out. Parabéns à equipe como um todo!

Cons:

São apenas dois detalhes mesmo.

Os roupões acredito que foram guardados sem secar completamente, daí ficaram com um cheiro bem ruim. Não deu pra usá-los.

E o café: gente, não dá pra tomar esses cafés torrados. Coloquem pelo menos um café classificado oficialmente gourmet, senão a gente começa o dia já com o estômago estragado.

A localização é excelente e o atendimento é bom.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, pedi para trocarem, me colocaram em um quarto embaixo, alguém havia pedido comida antes, todos os restos ficaram no passa prato a noite toda. Tv sem canais de cabo, um barulho constante a noite toda, alguém empurrando um carrinho barulhento, a recepcionista disse que era lá fora.
