Feel fancy in Kuşadası
Pros:

The hotel looks very luxurious for being a 3 stars. Room is fancy, big. Bathroom also pretty big with hot tub and shower.
Breakfast is rich with very good dishes.

Cons:

The staff speak very little English and has few knowledge about the near Ephesus site (opening time and price, nothing difficult).
Pillows are too thick, impossible to sleep on the sides and chest down.

Cons:

Ich habe in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war insgesamt leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Lage war nicht so zentral, wie es in der Beschreibung dargestellt wurde. In der Nähe befand sich lediglich ein überteuerter Beach Club, weitere Möglichkeiten zur Unterhaltung oder Gastronomie waren kaum vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war zwar groß und geräumig, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Schon beim Check-in waren Spiegel nicht gründlich gereinigt, und auch während des Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht regelmäßig und ordentlich sauber gemacht. Von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie hätte ich hier mehr erwartet.

Auch beim Frühstück war das Angebot enttäuschend: Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig und zu meiner Überraschung mussten Getränke – mit Ausnahme eines Tees – zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Der Service war ebenfalls nicht überzeugend. Das Personal wirkte oft unfreundlich und wenig aufmerksam. Unser Gepäck mussten wir selbst ins Zimmer tragen, und meist musste man die Mitarbeiter zuerst selbst grüßen, bevor man überhaupt zurückgegrüßt wurde.

Zum Abschluss kam noch eine zusätzliche Kostenbelastung hinzu, die ich als unangemessen empfand. Das hat meinen Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechtert.

Fazit: Trotz der geräumigen Zimmer kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund der unzureichenden Sauberkeit, der schwachen Servicequalität, des enttäuschenden Frühstücks und der zusätzlichen Kosten nicht weiterempfehlen. Mein Aufenthalt entsprach in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione , sopratutto nei Bagni , Dove ci sono porta Cartagena che non era fissato bene , l’aria conditioners che funziona a momenti , la pulizia della camera che Andrade fatta con STD piu’ accurati .

A great hotel destination for ladies travelling alone and in need of some pampering.
Pros:

Travelling alone as a female , I felt very safe and welcome at this hotel.
Seda and the receptionist team were very helpful throughout my stay and speaking english helped in this regard whenever i had questions. The room was clean , spacious and comfortable, all facilities were excellant including the pool and restaurant area.
I availed of the Spa and the Therapist was excellant for Hammam, Massage and clay facial mask.
Next door to the Hotel is also a privately run beauty spa and for women, with the help of Google translate all is easily communicated - this destination ticks all the boxes for some pampering!

Cons:

The Spa was a little strange for me as it was so dark and they are burning incense there that dosent smell very nice and made me allergic throught my treatment. Otherwise very clean and professional.
