Os funcionários foram muito gentis durante todo o período. Percebo que eles realmente queriam tornar a nossa experiência ali bastante positiva.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro e o banheiro, de urina. Pensamos em mudar e testamos outros quartos, mas o ar condicionado do quarto que ficamos era o melhor.

Cons:

Quarto sujo, ar quebrado, chuveiro não esquentava, descaso com o cliente, fora os usuários de crack e outras drogas que frequentam o local, durante minha breve estadia começou a subir um cheiro insuportável de crack que se alastrou para o hotel inteiro, os funcionários pouco se importaram como se o fato já fosse corriqueiro.... Fiquei lá apenas 3 horas e fui embora, não quiseram me ressarcir muito menos tomar alguma providência sobre o ocorrido
