Comfortable, clean, and well-located
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the city center yet on a quiet street. Very warm, which was especially important after a rainy day in the city, and I could dry my wet clothes and shoes. The temperature is adjustable. Thick curtains, a wide bed. Quite quiet, considering there’s a pub downstairs. Friendly staff. Everything very clean, good bedding.

Almost nothing to say. I had the Magpie room, which was rather small. The bed was right by the window. The mattress was maybe too soft for me.

Nice room, good value!
Pros:

The room & bathroom was super clean and had everything one needs for a stay, clean carpets, coat hooks, coffee/tea making facility, TV, hand wash, shampoo and shower gel. Nice clean beddings and towels and a good strong hot shower!

Pros:

Great location great staff great beer!

Cons:

I found the room a little cold as only the heater in the bathroom seed to be working. Not the end of the world though

Clean, friendly and helpful staff ( we dropped bags off earlier and they put them in the room for us
Pros:

Can get a 'nightcap' before bed at night. Have stayed a few times previously and it suits our needs.

Cons:

No issues.

Very comfortable, easy, nice place to stay. Very happy
Pros:

Everything, very friendly staff, clean, safe and comfortable

Cons:

If we had to pick something it would be parking, we were lucky to find free parking but not available all the time.
