Nothing as we never got to stay there. See the below. We ended up in the caravan park and for very good reason.

Cons:

I made a mistake with the online booking. After I realised what happened I phone the motel direct and told the lady what had happened and before i could finish explaining she told me to take it up with the booking company. At NO stage did I mention anything about a refund of anything of the sorts. I again tried to tell her that all i wanted to do was to make a new booking, but she told me to go though the booking agent as she was busy cleaning. I told her that I didn't want to go through a booking agent and wanted to deal direct. Her reply was one about how drug users make bookings and never turn up or if they do the leave the place in a mess. When I told her that I wasn't into drugs and I was just wanted to stay for one night and make a booking direct , she hung up. You form your own opinion. All the best. Jim

would stay again for comfy bed and bedding.

cleanliness, quality bedding and linen. view.

Cons:

having to adhere to a multitude of rules from the owner. they were relatively reasonable rules but felt like a bit of a lecture upon checkin. he seemed overwhelmed and i hope he gets a day off soon

Easy access, lovely views and clean/ very comfortable.
Pros:

The accommodation was large,very clean . There was a microwave, kettle and kitchen equipment to you could be self sufficient and a small bottle of fresh milk was left in the fridge. You can see the owners are putting in a huge effort in order to modernise the facilities. This will be an amazing place to stay. Pool was lovely and cool.

Great stay with down to earth customer service
Pros:

Swimming pool for the kids was a big win! Nice to have a deep pool as well. Lovely location opposite the lake and only a short drive into town.
