Really great value for money. Fantastic having your own space, well-equipped, and your own private pool for after a day at the temples! The staff were fantastic - warm welcome, brilliant at advising and arranging tours of the temples around your needs and wants, delicious breakfasts, and kept the place really clean, tidy, and looking just as it should be.

Der private pool auf dem Dach war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Personal war super. Def kostenlose Wäscheservice. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Un séjour d’un grand agrément, marqué par une atmosphère paisible et un accueil particulièrement attentionné.
Mention spéciale à notre hôte qui, chaque matin, prenait soin de nous servir le petit déjeuner, au bord de notre piscine privée sur le toit de notre villa offrant un moment privilégié et intimiste.
Le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et une gentillesse remarquable.
Le service de pressing gracieusement proposé constitue une attention appréciable, témoignant du souci du détail.
L’établissement bénéficie également de la proximité de l’excellent restaurant Mahob, reconnu pour la finesse de sa cuisine khmère.
Bien que légèrement excentré, l’hôtel reste très facilement accessible grâce aux déplacements en tuk-tuk.

Un grand merci à Sam, notre chauffeur pour les transferts aéroport, toujours ponctuel, attentif et particulièrement agréable.

If you're wanting a very relaxing place to chill and be well looked after then De Sarran is the place for you. Hosted by Ryna, Frank and Ron, they won't fail to disappoint. Right from the very warm we received on arrival, the team were great. Organising rides and tours, making our stay supremely easy.
The residence itself has around 5 rooms, each with bedroom, living area and kitchenette and bathroom.....and a private pool each on the roof. An unusual arrangement but very nice for the privacy and taking your made on site by the team breakfast up there on the terrace is a must!
Certainly 5 stars in terms of warmth of team, accommodation standards and ability to completely wind down with the team doing all they can to help ensure that happens! Thanks Rina, Frank and Ron for an unforgettable stay 🩷

앙코르와트와 가까운 곳에 위치해 있습니다.
근처에 맛있는 식당도 많이 있고(도보 5분), 편의점(세븐일레븐)도 가깝습니다.
사장님이 아주 친절하고, 객실이 넓고 편안합니다.
조식이 정말 맛있고, 객실 내에서 먹거나 수영장에서 먹을 수 있도록 준비해주십니다! 조식과 함께 준비해 주시는 커피도 정말 맛있어요.
앙코르와트 일출 투어를 할 때 조식 대신 아침 도시락으로 빵과 과일, 물을 챙겨 주셔서 든든하게 먹고 투어를 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요!
재방문 하고 싶은 숙소!
투어 다니느라 수영장에서 많이 못 놀아서 아쉬워요... 다음에는 더 힐링으로 투어 안 하고 수영장에서 놀고 근처에서 맛집 투어만 해도 좋을 것 같아요!!

Nach Australien haben wir hier noch einen Zwischenstopp gemacht. Angkor Wat das Ziel der Begierde.
Wir sind pünktlich in Siem Reap gelandet. Unser Taxi (auch über Booking gebucht) war schon da und fuhr uns zur Unterkunft.
Gegen 12:00 Uhr waren wir da und konnten sofort ins Zimmer. Kein Gefeilsche wegen eher.
Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde das gebuchte Haus gezeigt. Eigenen Pool auf dem Dach.
Ansonsten schön groß und schön bepflanzt.
Um es klarzustellen es ist kein Luxushotel. Das wollten wir nicht haben. Man wird hervorragend betreut und alle Wünsche werden ein erfüllt. Es sind immer genug, kostenlose Getränke, vorhanden. Das Frühstück haben wir am Pool eingenommen. Herrlich☀️
Abends wollten wir dann essen gehen und hier ist der einzige Punkt warum ich keine 10 Punkte gebe.
Der Weg von der Hauptstraße zur Unterkunft ist nicht befestigt und vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Aber nichts gefährliches, nur etwas abgelegen, ca. 200m. Aber: Man kann sich fahren lassen.
Wir wurden auch gleich gefahren. Da wir nicht weit weg wollten, gleich um die Ecke. Ins MAHOB Cuisine. Da hat es uns so gut gefallen und geschmeckt. Da sind wir jeden Abend hin.
Die nächsten beiden Tage haben wir uns die Tempelanlagen angeschaut. Kostenlose Fahrt mit dem TukTuk nach Angkor Wat. Am zweiten Tag für wenig Geld den Fahrer, ab 04:45 (Sonnenaufgang Angkor Wat👍) für den ganzen Tag gebucht.
Der hatte immer alles im Griff und hat uns sehr viel gezeigt. Hier eine Anmerkung in eigener Sache: Ein kleines Trinkgeld zaubert ein freundliches Lächeln ins Gesicht. Gefordert wird nie etwas.
Wer Abends noch mehr Action will kann sich ca 1,5 km ins Zentrum fahren lassen. Hier gibt es ein Hard Rock Café und unendliche Garküchen und Streetfood. Alles lecker und zu empfehlen.
Spät Nachmittags haben wir uns immer am eigenen Pool erholt.
Mit einem weinenden Auge habe wir das Hotel und Siem Reap verlassen.
Sehr liebe und nette Menschen. Immer korrekt und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder☀️👍🙏❤️.

Le calme, l’emplacement

Cet hôtel est situé en extérieur de ville ce qui est bien pour le calme. Vous pouvez rejoindre le centre pour 2$ en Tuk Tuk mis en place par l’hôtel, en Grab c’est 1$ si vous avez l’application. Les petits déjeuners sont top et peuvent être servis sur le toit terrasse jusqu’à tard. Le staff est très gentils et aux petits soins c’est leurs force ici. Un très bon restaurant dans la rue principale pour dîner et un 7 eleven à quelques mètres.

The whole team could not have tried harder to make our stay as special as possible, from the moment we arrived to when we left. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we got the most out of our time at Siem Reap

The villa with the rooftop pool was amazing - very nice, clean and spacious. Even more amazing were the hosts - very friendly, hospitable and welcoming people. We checked in 24 hours late due to cancellation of our flight to Asia - they did not charge us for that night, despite it was well after the free cancellation period. I hope to be back one day. Tout d’abord, l’accueil du personnel. Ils sont tous gentils, souriants, attentionnés et se mettent en quatre pour vous aider pour les restaurants, les tuktuks etc… Quant à la chambre, nous avions choisi une villa avec piscine. C’est très grand, propre, une énorme salle de bains et, cerise sur le gâteau, ils nous amènent le petit déjeuner chaque matin, à prendre au choix dans le salon ou, si le temps le permet, sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine privative… le rêve ! Enfin, cet hôtel est très bien placé, à 7 kms des temples d’Angkor
