Pros:

Hotel był bardzo przyjemny i czysty. Łazienka najlepsza jaką mieliśmy do tej pory podróżując po Kambodży. Gospodarz był miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Zależało nam na telewizorze, niestety nie łączył się z wifi pomimo wielu prób. Kiedy zawołaliśmy wieczornego recepcjonistę przyszedl do naszego pokoju, zobaczył że nie działa i po zapytaniu o jakieś rozwiązanie, zmiane pokoju czy cokolwiek z uśmiechem na twarzy opuścił nasz pokoj powtarzając okej i już nigdy nie wrócił. Później znów poprosiliśmy go o pomoc ale niestety nic z tego i zostaliśmy bez tv na 6 dni. Za to reszta obsługi zawsze była bardzo miła i pomocna. Ogólnie bardzo polecamy jeśli nie zależy wam na tv. :))

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche de Pub Street et de nombreux restaurants.
La chambre était propre et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, surtout Olivier, qui donne d’excellents conseils. Il prend le temps de partager toutes les recommandations utiles dont on peut avoir besoin.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Increíble lugar para alojarte en Siem Reap, no lo dejes pasar
Pros:

La verdad, no creo que vayas a encontrar un hotel mejor que este en Siem Reap, Camboya e, incluso, me atrevería a decir en toda Asia, con este precio, un staff increíblemente agradable y con la habitación de unas características de 10. La habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia, nueva, con un estilo súper bonito y, por supuesto, una cama muy cómoda. Tienes a tu disposición nevera, aire acondicionado y una smart TV, con lo cual puedes conectarte a tus App de preferencia después de tu largo paseo por los templos o por la hermosa ciudad de Siem Reap. Tu lavabo también estará bien acondicionado y cuenta con agua caliente, secador de pelo y amenities. Sobre el staff, lo único que puedo dar son palabras de agradecimiento a Mr Sok, que me ayudó a planificar mi llegada con recomendaciones importantes a través de la aplicación de Booking; y con Olivier, que me ayudó a planificar mis actividades durante mi estancia en Siem Reap y, además, estuvo siempre atento a mis necesidades y me ofreció una gran variedad de información sobre el lugar. El resto del staff también fueron súper atentos, limpiaron mi habitación y repusieron agua en la nevera que nunca me faltó, al llegar de mis excursiones. Durante tu estancia, tampoco me perdería estar en las zonas comunes, que son frescas y puedes tomar el café o tu smoothie favorito.
Y por último, el precio. El precio es una cosa que yo pocas veces veo que vaya acompañado por la calidad, pero aquí definitivamente la calidad es de 100/100.

Great place, patron très professionnel et acceuillant.
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, design moderne et vraiment.pas cher. L'aspect extérieur n'indique pas à première vue toute la qualité et beauté des chambres.
Service et aide précieuse.pour trouver des circuits à.la.dernière minute.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderful.
The room is designed with attention to every detail (one of the owners is an architect). I also stayed in a dorm for one night, it was one of the best dorms I've ever stayed in.
The staff are very pleasant and welcoming.
They arranged an early check-in for me when I arrived at 6 a.m.
The price is very reasonable for this level of quality.

Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The tea and coffee cups are very small :) I’m used to big mugs.
But it was the same in all the hotels in Cambodia where I stayed.

Super choix !
Pros:

Sok et Olivier sont adorables.
Le petit café fancy est parfait pour commencer la journée.
Les chambres ont été refaites à neuf il y a pas longtemps et sont super propres et confortables.
L'emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

Tout parfait :) de plus des améliorations vont encore être apportées dans les prochains mois !

The room was perfect for our family of four. Lots of storage space, bunk beds were great, and the design was excellent! The staff was so friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was very walkable to many restaurants and markets. The list of recommended activities was very helpful. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nicest people in the world
Pros:

Location is great, 15 min walk from bus station. 10 min to night market. Cafeteria on the 1st floor has a good selection of drinks. Lots of different food places around. Room is very very clean, has a balcony, lots of storage places, lockers,employees are super nice. Looks like now this hotel is my favorite around the globe.

Pros:

This hotel was a real highlight of my Siem Reap trip. Both the room facilities and the overall comfort were excellent for the price. Besides accommodation, they also serve coffee, and my favorite part of each morning was ordering a cup made by the owner and taking it with me to start my Angkor exploration.

Cons:

The only small downside was the construction noise from the neighboring building, which started early in the morning, but this was not the hotel’s fault.
Plus, the shower drain was very clogged and the water did not go down well.
