Quite unhappy
Pros:

Food was too expensive, the bathrooms were not clean. The rooms only had round pin plug sockets. The tv didn't work. The tea bags they gave were toren by ants. The electric kettle was broken. The rooms needed much renovation. They were seriously very old.

Cons:

I only liked the staff. Everything else was not upto standard. Excellent location next to the river though. Its a shame that a hotel at such a beautiful setting has come to this level of disrepair. The hotel needs renovation urgently.

Good for a stop over + good meals
Pros:

Location was very good. Service was good Meals were good value. The room was good with balcony and waterfall running water view - needs a good upgraded as the location is very nice.Many locals came and ate at the restaurant as the food is very good.

Cons:

bathroom needs upgrading and cleaning with a good bleaching of the floor black and white tiles as they are stained and do not look clean. Basic rooms
