I didn’t stayed in this hotel for more than 30 minutes, just booked other hotel b hotel boss and moved out and request for cancel and refund, but you people wasting time , how one person can stay in two hotels , that to booked by your so called booking.com , as service provider pl check the proper once before pairing and making fool of others and waste our time and your reputation, I just last trust I. Booking.com ,

its a quite simple.
Pros:

the area its sounds good not far in the shopping are at restaurant,room its an ordinary room.No breakfast.

Cons:

not better, when we arrive they asking about the shampoo and soap they said NON sarcastic aswer.Then i pay deposite didn't refund or the advance to return it.Then I pay Twice when I arrived in the hotel, they swipe Twice to my Credit card.I will call to my Bank to cancel if the payment its to much to my real contract when I get the booking before.

Lovely place in the heart of the city, Orchard Road, close to the bus/train/MRT station. suitable for shopper visitors. But the hotel did not provide tea, coffee, soap, shampoo.
