From 1 April to 31 October :
On Sundays, the Gourmet Restaurant de l’Hostellerie de Levernois is open for lunch. Dinner is served every night.
Le Bistrot du Bord de L’Eau is open daily for lunch. Dinner is served from Thursday to Monday.
From 1 November to 31 March :
On Sundays, the Gourmet Restaurant de l’Hostellerie de Levernois is open for lunch. Dinner is served every night except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Le Bistrot du Bord de L’Eau is open daily for lunch. Dinner is served on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The location has a nice park, that might be even fantastic in summer/autumn. There is a lot of staff and they are all nice and service minded.
The hotel is very dog friendly, and the park is perfect (doggybag etc.). The room was big.
After several stops in comparable locations I was quiet disappointed about the room (9) with the view on the parking lot and the building activities. I also didn t liked people having their business calls at dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was okay, the coffee bad and cold. This was also not matching expectations of Michelin restaurant.
Considering that the price was double of one of my other loactions ( with 3 M+++, where the room view was one wineyards of Lafitte) this here was not a competive value for money.
Very clean hotel with nice gardening.
The rooms are quite new, equipped with hamman.
There are two restaurants, one for fine dining and the other one for bistro.
They prepared a baby cot with cute stuffed toy.
All staff are very polite and friendly.
The pillows are not so comfortable: It would be nice to have some options.
The grounds are beautiful. The room was big and comfortable and the staff is kind and helpful.
The restaurant is a must visit and the breakfast buffet was delicious: the croissants were amazing!
The only thing I would say is that the lighting in the bathroom is not good: it is a challenge to put make up on!

What a wonderful place tucked away in the Bourgogne countryside. Spacious, beautiful rooms made for a comfortable stay. The staff was all around very attentive, friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the reception team's suggestion for a vigneron to visit, thank you!
Great breakfast buffet with just the right amount of variaty without being too wasteful. Excellent spreads, jams, cheeses and breads.
Finally, the dinner simply blew us away. Huge respect to the chef, his staff and the service team. The gastronomical experience they created for us that evening will surely stay with us for a very long time.
There is really just one point of critique (and I apologize in advance for being such a coffee-snob): From a hotel on this level I would have expected that if they offer italian coffee they have a decent italian coffee machine and someone who knows how to operate it. The cappuccino on the first morning was so disappointing that I skipped coffee for the rest of the weekend. A real pity given that the overall experience was so good
Great facilities! We rented bicycles and cycled through the vineyards! It was special!
