Zimmer waren in Ordnung und Sauber. Familienzimmer war gut.

Cons:

Rechnungebetrag wurde nach dem aufenthalt korregiert zu einem Billigeren Preis. Trotz nachfrage wurde dieser nicht wieder korrigiert!

Für eine Übernachtung sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage ist relativ zentral. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Ziele waren somit gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer und die sanitären Einrichtungen sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Cons:

Leider konnte man das Fenster straßenseitig nicht offen lassen, da der Verkehr dies nicht zuließ. Unmittelbar zum Hotel gehören drei Parklücken, welche natürlich besetzt waren. Ausgleich gibt es in der Straße am Wochenende.

Cons:

Mein Mitarbeiter war vor Ort, deshalb kann ich über das Haus nichts sagen, aber der Service und die Gästebetreuung ist unterirdisch! Extra-Berechnung für Zahlung mit Kreditkarte, Mehrkosten für Anreise um 22:10, aber alles erst hinterher, vorher wurde nichts kommuniziert. Mitarbeiter des Hotels am Telefon sehr unfreundlich!
