Чудовий, сучасний отель. Приємний персонал. Ми задоволені
Pros:

Сучасний готель, красивий в тихому місці. Ліжко велике і зручне. СПА гарне, басейн теплий, сауни великі і гарні. В СПА зоні всім вистачає місця. Дуже гарно роблять массаж, особлива подяка пану Ігорю. В номерах якісна косметика . Ресторан чудовий, але ціни трохи зависокі.

Cons:

Протягом трьох днів не працював інтернет на першому поверсі. Ми зверталися до адміністрації, але нічого не змінювалось. В останній вечір перебування в отелі на деякий час зникло світло (через негоду) і після цього інтернет почав працювати. Це був єдиний недолік.
І хотілось би більше питної води в номері

Kvalitní wellness a super spa se Sněžkou hned za okny.

Slabší výběr z jídelního lístku - sice chutné, ale tak nějak není z čeho vybrat :-(
Chtěli jsme ochutnat něco typicky Polského - a ani rizoto, ani steak a hamburger nám nepřipadají, jako typická polská kuchyně…
Dost chudý výběr z vinného listu.
Snídaně obecně slabší - sice bylo vše (proteiny, sacharidy, vláknina, vitaminy, ale vše zbytečně v malých až mikro skleničkách a tím pádem složitá manipulace s nádobím. Na ten okolní luxus to bylo dle mého názoru až v přílišném rozporu.

To nasz kolejny przyjazd do hotelu, niestety opro z pięknego widoku i ostatnich wspaniałych kelnerów, miejsce to już nie jest magiczne

Drastyczny spadek jakości, widać i czuć oszczędności w wielu elementach... a restauracja którą była perełką smakowa, jest po prostu na słabym poziomie , sniadania ubogie i dodatkowo płatne za ala carte..szkoda , bo bylo to magiczne miejsce na wysokim poziomie

Pros:

Hotel bardzo przyjemny - spokój, cisza. Strefa Wellness duża, po godz. 19 bez dzieci - więc jeśli komuś przeszkadzają, można odpocząć. Zabiegi spa relaksujące.
ALE creme de la creme to restauracja! W ciągu kilku dni zdążyliśmy spróbować znacznej części dań - wszystko bardzo smaczne. Kolacja degustacyjna - doskonała, poziom najlepszych wrocławskich restauracji (w tym tych polecanych przez Przewodnik Michelin).
Absolutny top to pan z baru - Pan Kirył. Codziennie przygotowywał nam drinki spoza - personalizowane, dopasowane do tego, co lubimy. Poza tym, wspaniale spędzało się z nim czas na wieczornych rozmowach. Człowiek, który naprawdę lubi swoją pracę!
Dodam, że kiedy po kilku dniach stania na mrozie nie odpaliło nam auto, dosłownie w kwadrans znalazła się pomoc!
Z pewnością zostaliśmy stałymi klientami :)

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit Potenzial, aber auch einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Seidorf in Polen war insgesamt angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Frühstück war gut, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es an Tagen mit weniger Gästen ein À-la-carte-Menü zusätzliche zum eingeschränkten Buffet gab.

Cons:

- NEGATIV
1. Leider gab es aber auch ein paar negative Aspekte. Eine der Servicekräfte beim Frühstück war leider sehr unfreundlich und wirkte wenig motiviert, was den sonst positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt hat.
2. Außerdem war der Außenpool nicht befüllt, obwohl er auf den Bildern beworben wurde. Hier hätten wir uns eine klare Information im Buchungsprozess gewünscht, da wir den Pool gerne genutzt hätten und extra deswegen gebucht hatten.
3. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns jedoch, dass wir am letzten Abend den Wellnessbereich nicht wie ausgeschrieben nutzen konnten, da er für eine private Buchung vorzeitig geschlossen wurde. Auch an der Rezeption fühlten wir uns in dieser Angelegenheit nicht ernst genommen.
4. Ich fand leider auch das Bett recht unbequem, da es aus zwei 90cm Matratzen bestand und man so immer das Gefühl hatte, in eine Ritze zu rutschen.
