Didn’t have everything that was meant to come with my meal and only offered a discount when I asked - should initiated it.

Would do stay there again!
Pros:

Loved the location! The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I have coeliac disease and the staff paid strict attention to my allergies. Food was delicious! The spa bath tub was a extra plus!

Cons:

Wish they could serve breakfast before 9. Or serve at least a continental breakfast. For those who want to get up early to hike.

It was really enjoyable

In staff/restaurant staff. Friendly,fun and very helpful.
