Near to our venue.

Cons:

Central heating was broken for apparently a few days. The night we stayed, small portable heater was provided when we got back. Room was freezing...

Uncomfortable stay but will come back … no hearing in wintry cold weather is not acceptable tho
Cons:

Usually my stay here was pleasant and without hitches. This time much need to be attended to :
- no heating except for a portable heater, boiler out of order am told
- bathroom very cold and the shower not strong
- had a electricity trip and not so convenient to get attention
- after trip, TV failed to work

Location for the football and staff in the Bar

Cons:

Rooms very tired. Towels in room poor, shower only a trickle coming out. Very noisy from people slamming doors etc. bedding and furniture needs updating.

Pros:

Great location for Anfield Stadium. Staff in the restaurant/bar were friendly and helpful. Sefl check-in process was straightforward and well communicated.

Cons:

Curtains & blind did not fit the window properly meaning that moon/sun light shone straight down into my eyes when in bed making it difficult to sleep.
