Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand von Loch Sunart; extrem freundliches Team; wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet; wunderbar für Urlaub mit Hund (bowl, treats , towel, großer Auslauf, eigener Speise- und Aufenthaltsbereich für Gäste mit Hunden, wenn gewünscht); hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen; gut ausgestattete Bar und Weinkarte; ein perfekter Rückzugsort oder Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden im Raum Ardnamurchan, Glenfinnan, Fort William, Ben Nevis, Glencoe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

It was a mixed experience, with some lovely moments but also significant disappointments.
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location with stunning scenery. The views on the way there were lovely, with plenty of sheep and deer to spot. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious with a great view from the restaurant.

Cons:

The ferry wasn’t running, making the journey longer than expected. The bedding wasn’t clean. It had lots of hairs on it, which made sleeping uncomfortable and gave us skin irritation. The room only have a few tissue stuffed into the empty box and there was no night staff available. The room didn’t have a coffee or tea maker like we expected from booking descriptions, just coffee and tea bags.
