Keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Check in ganz einfach. Zimmer eiskalt. Mitarbeiter am Telefon keine Einsicht. Zimmer nicht ri

Einfacher Check in.

Cons:

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert in dem Zimmer war es so kalt das ich erkältet bin und sogar durch die Kälte wach geworden bin daraufhin musste ich mitten in der Nacht eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Mit dem WhatsApp bot geschrieben da wurde mir immer wieder geschrieben das sich drum gekümmert wird bezüglich der Rückerstattung. Daraufhin habe ich heute bei dem Hotel angerufen laut Mitarbeiter hätte ich um 2:20 anrufen sollen und das Hotel könnte mir keine Rückerstattung leisten. Ein absolutes No Go und keines falls empfehlenswert.

Zimmer war ok

Cons:

Es ist niemand vor Ort, man bekommt eine zusätzliche Email mit einem Code für die Haustür und einem Code für den Zimmerschlüssel-Safe. Wenn man anruft, erreicht man niemanden. Es ruft dann jemand zurück, der einen fragt, zu welchem Hotel man will. Ich habe so 30 - 60 min gebraucht vom Parken bis ich im Zimmer war. Danach habe ich den nächsten Gästen geholfen. Es ist kompliziert. Der härteste Checkin der letzten 10 Jahre.

Die Zimmerausstattung war gut und es war sauber, ich habe sogar ein DZ erhalten obwohl ich nur ein EZ gebucht habe.

Cons:

Leider ist an der Rezeption kein Ansprechpartner und an angegebene Telefonnummer ging auch niemand. Die Polizei hat sich mitten in der Nacht laut auf dem Gang mit einem anderen Hotelgast auseinander setzen müssen,, das hat meine Nachtruhe extrem beeinträchtigt. Dafür kann das Hotel aber ja Nichts.

Schönes großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Zugang war ausschließlich durch online-Check-in möglich, kein Personal vor Ort.
Frühstück hätte ich gern gehabt, war aber erst ab 7:00 Uhr möglich und daher leider zu spät für mich.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The biggest issue is that they do not provide any invoices or receipts.

I paid in cash, and they promised to send the receipt via email at checkout. Nothing arrived. When I followed up, I was told the colleague responsible for invoices was sick. It was just one excuse after another, but I never received any documentation—regardless of whether the booking was through Booking.com or paid directly on-site. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy

Die Lage und das der Bus genau vor dem Hotel hält,
Check in und check out unkompliziert.

Cons:

Sehr viel Staub. Boden war nicht sauber,die Socken der Kinder waren schwarz.
Bettwäsche wurde von dem Vorgänger nicht gewechselt (Haare im Bett und Handy unter dem Kissen vom Vorgänger).Bettwäsche war komplett zerrissen, Vermieter ignorierte jedoch jede Nachricht!Licht flackerte im Bad und machte Geräusche. Zwei unterschiedliche Matratzenhöhen.
Sehr strenger Geruch beim betreten vom Hotel.Möbel in die Jahre gekommen.
WLAN Sehr schlecht, Fernseher hatte einen sehr schlechten Empfang. Eine sehr steile Treppe mit kaputten Stufen.Sehr hellhörig.

Personalul este minunat și foarte amabil😍. Curățenia e foarte bună. Prosoape curate, albiturile la fel. În camera sunt pahare. Pe hol la intrare este termos cu apă caldă se poate de făcut ceai, cafea doar că eu am observat dimineața această la plecare🤭. E foarte bine organizat. Am fost foarte mulțumită 👏👍🫶

Cons:

Este un televizor simplu cu canale Germane. Voiam cu prietena sa privim un film dar nu se poate conecta la Wi-Fi ca să privim pe YouTube sau Netflix🫤. Dar nu este mare problema
