The staff was friendly and helpful
• They did not accept non-cash payment, QRIS, and debit cards. It was uneasy for me since I arrived late at night and had no time to go to the ATM beforehand.
• The floor in the room was very dirty and smelly. I can't enjoy stepping at the floor.
• The bed and the sheet were terrible. It looked like never been washing all these days
Staff was ok, didn’t speak English very well, but tried to help us.
The room was very dirty. There was no one in the hotel and the gave us a room at the 3th floor. The first room they gave us smell really bad (smoke), we got a new one which was slightly better. Location is not very good as well, far away from the center and also still quite a long ride to the airport. Neighborhood is not very nice. We wanted to save some money, but wished we booked something a bit more expensive. One of the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 months in South Asia..
The price after discount is pretty tempting..based on the previous reviews this hotel supposed to be rated 8.7🤔
Cleanliness is dissapointing. Toilet has not been washed for quite sometime. The aircon slow need servicing maybe..The bed has lost its hold. Making loud n annoying squeaky sound everytime you sit on it(you have to as no chair is provided!) No mirrors! No curtains! The glaring sun is unavoidable! The blanket is very seasoned..no wonder the discount given is high..The reviews are fantastic🙄..I have learnt my lesson well🤨
